We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

India*Fraud rating attempt* Never share your booking-ID / PIN with the hotel staff. While checking into the hotel, the person at the reception asked for my booking confirmation screen and took a photo of it. It had my booking-id and PIN. I was very skeptical about the whole thing. Now, like 2 months after my trip, I got an email notification from booking.com thanking me for the review I wrote! When I checked, there was a review that I did not write. The title was just "Wonderful", with 9 star and all good rating. Very sad that good hotel leaves fake reviews. :( There was no good south Indian eating options nearby. Bikanervala was there but quality was not that good.
The hotel was cheap, clean and good.

IndiaThey modify the booking once you reach the hotel so you have to stay here cause u have travelled already and they do this after taking your ID's . Rooms are also not upto the mark smaller room , Ac placed at the wrong spot. U have to be at the corner of the bed to get some air . The washroom is without flush
Again the same problem happened to me which happened last time they changed the prices at my arrival and they do this to everyone I am assuming. Beware it's a Scam they are running

There is nothing to like to be honest , the moment you step in they start making these scams. Pathetic and when you upload a review like this someone from the hotel calls you to take it down and assure you it won't happen again but it does happen. I can for the second time only because of the assurance but the lady at reception did the same again

IndiaThat they changed the price from 1032 to 1400 when I arrived at the hotel .the problem lies if they wanted to charge 1400 they could have said so but changing at the time of arrival doesn't suit the property I have stayed here before also and this happened earlier too but I didn't mind but this time I expected better from the property manager also the room alloted was smaller and it smelled of smoke.hope this will be taken into account
