Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndiaThe Rajbagh by Aaryam, offers spacious and comfortable rooms. We stayed here with my friends and had a wonderful time. The rooms are well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exciting safari days. The pool and dining options added to our enjoyment, making our stay memorable.

IndiaWi-Fi is their only weak spot. Management should try and place a couple of signal boosters to solve this problem.
The cleanliness of the rooms, the coziness of the resort, the ambience, the pool and ofcourse, the food which was nice and homely, a bit pricey though which can be looked into for sure by the management! The view from Superior rooms were classy. The team provided us full support and care for our pet too which was such a bright spot!! Rarely have seen resorts lend out that extra effort. Truly a pet friendly resort. Rajbagh is now my go to place for every year's Ranthambhore photography expeditions.

IndiaWi-fi speed can be improve.
We had an amazing stay at Ranthambore. The Rajbagh by aaryam is a fully featured boutique hotel. Superior deluxe rooms are modern and comfortable with clean showers & toilet. The provided toiletries were good & enough for 02 people. Food at the restaurant was good, especially veg meals to us. Breakfast was good with enough options of Indian & continental meals. We especially thank their restaurant team, who helped us discover a lot of typical and original food and made our stay very pleasant. Chef Madan & Tushant made for us excellent dining and we really fell in love with hospitality and culture (and loved the food!). We would give them 10/9 for their services. We would also suggest them to improve their Wifi quality. It will be more comfortable if it is little more faster. Rest everything was fine. We really appreciate team Rajbagh for their wonderful hospitality. We hope to visit again and will recommend more n more people in our friend and family circle.

IndiaRajbagh by Aaryam was one of my best stays in my travel history in 3*** category hotels. The staff at the hotel were extremely warm, friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Food here is also extremely high quality and tasty and we really enjoyed eating at their beautiful restaurant. For the safari also they made arrangements and we did not have to worry about anything. Karan at reception deserves special recognition for his kind help. The stay was worth every penny and more. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Ranthambore!

IndiaClean, spacious, contemporary and well-designed Superior deluxe room. Perhaps it is relatively new, it is comfortable staying in the room. Good thing, hotel was just amount 10 minutes drive way from tiger reserve (Zone 1-5). The breakfast included was good. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Staff are in general friendly.

United Arab EmiratesLocated very close to the gate of the park ( approximate 2km), however it is not walkable as road is too busy, dusty and litter is everywhere ( not related to hotel reviews).
Size of rooms, showers , facilities. Apart of pool to spend hot afternoons, hotel has board games, entertainment dancers , cricket bats , footballs for kids to play with. Restarant offers simple home style food, mainly Indian cuisine. Breakfast had varieties of local breads, eggs, omelette, sandwiches. Managers and staff were accommodating and arranged pick ups/ drops off to and from locations.

IndiaThe staff at Rajbagh were exceptional. Whether it was arranging my safari, recommending local sights, or simply making sure I had a cup of chai, they were always there with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The food at Rajbagh was a highlight. They offered a delicious selection of Indian and Western dishes at breakfast, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Every meal was a treat, and the chefs were happy to cater to any dietary restrictions. The pool was a plus to this property, it was very well maintained. Overall, I would recommend Rajbagh by Aryam.

United KingdomThe restaurant could do with some background music to create some more ambience
The staff are incredibly attentive. We booked our safari through the hotel, even though all the jeeps were already booked the hotel dropped us off early at the canter pick up to ensure we had the best seats at the front which was a nice touch. The hotel is very clean and has a nice restaurant and pool area.

United KingdomOn our first evening, there was a group of people playing music very loudly on a speaker. Please be aware that there is no bar at this hotel. You can make a request for beers and they will turn up promptly at your door!
This is a really lovely hotel. They helped us arrange safaris and also picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. The pool and grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our room was lovely and spacious, with a fridge and a small balcony with seating. The food served at the restaurant is very delicious.

It is convenient for safari and has a nice garden and pool. in the evening there is often singing outside and a firepit. The staff are very helpful. The food was tasty and traditional.

A great stay close to the jungle - the staff were super helpful in making arrangements for our safaris (we had booked independently, the staff registered our vouchers and arranged pick up and drop off for a small fee). A very friendly place to stay, not polished but good fun. Restaurant food was very tasty as well.
