The property is old and requires maintenance.

The staff was very courteous!! We had issues with the room, but staff was exceptional. They upgraded our room due to our genuine concerns. Other than the room, the entire property is managed very well. There are lot of activities and the food is great! Roof top dinner with live music was amazing!

The property is beautiful the location and the view is lovely The welcome at the entrance and the aesthetic of the property is lovely The staff is kind and helpful Sidharth was allotted to us during our stay and before I had landed till check out he was happy to help with suggestions for travel as well as in house hotel reservations. The evening cultural shows were great too

One thing which require is to change morning tea sachets as they were taste less and we have to arrange morning tea from restaurant and has to pay for it it need to look in to it otherwise Hotel us absolutely fine

The breakfast buffet was good but can be improved with variety. The lunch and dinner in the restaurant (basement and rooftop) were over priced for the quality and quantity of food. The swimming pools were open air. However, they were not properly chlorinated and hence saw frogs jump into them. Avoided the pools.

Very good staff and welcoming. Facilities are excellent and suitable for family with children. Rooms were spacious with very clean bathrooms. The location is excellent with a view of the mountain range and lakes. There were bars, lounge, gym, spa etc. Live music played while you have breakfast and dinner.

Bathroom in the room could do with a specific place to hang the towels outside of the shower.

The hotel is beautiful, especially the reception area. We were received very well by staff and they remained friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Salman was especially attentive. We also tried the main and rooftop restaurants and we were happy with the quality of the food. Hotel room was clean and quite spacious.

The room seems to be very old and has not been renovated in years. The flooring and bathroom aminites are not maintained well. The shower did not work well. etc.

Overall stay was great. Ths staff was very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was fresh and had a great spread. We also ate a few meals. The food was very good but the prices may be a bit on the higher side.

The only thing that disappointed us was the changing room of the swimming pool and the gymnasium facility.

On our arrival, we were greeted by Siddharth. He assisted us, whenever we required. He always had a smile everytime we met. He would be around whenever we went for breakfast. This gesture on the part of the Hotel added to our experience. Breakfast Spread was good and the taste was also good. Staff was good and were careful about the guests. Staff was respectful and courteous. Nitesh, the housekeeping staff kept our space absolutely clean.

The cleanliness lacks as per 5star standards. There is plenty of room for improvement in the cleanliness area.

Great location overlooking Lake Fathesagar. The staff are polite and helpful. They go beyond to meet your demands. We had excellent experience with Sidharth. Manto and Puneet from the Neelmahal restaurant who met our dietary requirements.

When we booked via the app we were upgraded by default but upon check-in there were issues with the availability of rooms so we were given another room type, and it was a bit confusing. The restaurant can get very crowded in the morning during breakfast. There are other restaurants in the hotel where to dine but apparently those are only accessible with prior reservation. Bathroom amenities in plastic packaging, more eco options would be welcome.

Very big hotel with good view on the lake and a garden all around. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Quite a variety of food options for breakfast and dinner. Short drive to the city walls.

Rooms need renovations Initial room was not up to expectations but staff Pankaj was very helpful upgraded the room without any extra cost unfortunately bathroom in one of the room was leaking from the side. Staff Siddharth Roy was excellent, noticed our concern and changed the room to next grade. Was very helpful. Manish was another staff member very humble and helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and excellent
