The roads getting to the property are in pretty bad shape so the ride to the hotel is quite bumpy

Pool is very good with a awesome view but can be improved by making it as warm pool if possible. Food taste good but felt the price is higher compared to the quantity.

Deluxe villas is waste of money. Don’t book as you can hardly see the clouded mountains nor the forest as most of the units are shadowed by trees blocking the view Everything is twice as expensive as regular rates in kumili. Spa is worst. Getting an auto and food delivery from better restaurants is also a challenge. Better to stay near the city if you are planning outside activities with limited time to spend in resort

Things that need to improve: Cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom Room 104. Sink- water draining was slow, overflow in the toilet etc. The TV instructions are a bit complicated. It'd be helpful if things were made simple. It took us one day to get the hang of it !!

The staff, location, the property, Chef Sebin, all the restaurant staff, were excellent. Breakfast was quite good. The Staff in all sections including the security were very helpful and accomodating. Treated us very well. Room size was good, View from balcony was fine.

The room key key not working one time and the equipment not working in the Gym properly

The hotel is in a great location for views if its clear and sunny as we had a good. couple oh hours of sun. so request a view room the rooms are a good standard had to have the key reprogrammed a couple of times. Did not like the Gym not up to standard at all. The food was good and the staff are happy to help always.

Food price is little high for vegetarian options. Very limited options for vegan.

Excellent property and very comfortable for the family. This is the best hotel in the hill top and has an excellent view from the rooms. The club room that I stayed was clean and comfortable for 2 nights. Every staff member from the valet to the check- in to the restaurant staff were delightful and eager to help! Especially Suhas and Suresh were really helpful in accommodating our request and guided us to make the most of our trip very memorable and pleasant. The 360 view above the reception area is simply awesome and nice to be there during sunrise/sunset .

Food was not upto the mark at all.. The fish served for dinner was stinking and Appam was smelling felt like some 1 week old batter The Chicken served for the dinner has blood in it. . Please ensure food hygiene is maintained And ask the staff to be please friendly with the customers

Ambience of the hotel and greenary around and Infinity pool with the amazing hill top view was the catch for this place .

The road to the poetree is not good

Stay was excellent. The rooms were clean , with a nice swimming pool and a garden. The property is at the hill top and the view from there was very good. The restaurant was also very good , had a variety of food for breakfast and for dinner Buffett.We took an ayurvedic spa as well and it was also excellent. I will definitely recommend this place
