Absolutely delighted with our recent stay at Pleasant Hill Resort nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Munnar. From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and a commitment to excellence that truly impressed us. What truly stood out was the thoughtful gesture by the hotel staff in arranging a surprise birthday celebration for my son's tenth birthday. It was heartwarming to see their genuine enthusiasm in making his day extra special. From decorating the restaurant with balloons and streamers to preparing a delectable cake, they left no stone unturned in creating beautiful memories for us, and the best part was that there was no additional charge for this gesture. The accommodation itself was nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and tea plantations. Every amenity was provided for, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The serene ambiance of the hotel, coupled with the warmth and hospitality of the staff, made our stay truly unforgettable. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service that exceeded all our expectations. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a tranquil retreat amidst nature, this is the place to be. The food from the restaurant was a little bland.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. They added an extra bed for 11 year old kid. There was a small gym, pool and playground which kept us busy. Wifi was working well. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Parking is outside the resort place. Though the valet parking available, we could access the vehicle whenever needed.

The ambience is so nice and the behaviour of staffs are too good. They are approachable and beng very supportive.

Delay to get the food after ordering could have been reduced (now it’s 30-45 mins) It would have been good, if there is a sign board with resorts name placed on both the roads (top and bottom) where we take a deviation from the main road to the resorts road.

Value for money. Calm, “pleasant”, away from city crowd, well maintained property, facilities were adequate, staffs were extremely polite and helpful, nearby attractions, wifi details and tv channel details were properly printed and provided at the room.

Pleasant Hill Resort: A Relaxing and Memorable Stay We recently spent a week at the Pleasant Hill Resort and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We were particularly impressed with the food. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, and the service is excellent. We also enjoyed exploring the small farm on the property. The owners raise their own cows and chickens, and there are even some cute bunnies running around in the garden. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the Pleasant Hill Resort. Just a few items to notice to improve the service 1) shower towels have been taken from room after room cleaning and not renewed. 2) Floor at the restaurant is very slippery

I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.
