There were some water issues and we didn't had water for whole night. Toiletries not provided in bathroom and took it from them after realising it was not there.

Location is the USP for this hotel. And the property manager was very friendly, we checked around 1PM and he helped us out smoothly in checkin process.

That room needs to be refurbished, because there no very nice vibe in that room according to charge that they are taking in order to stay . I didn't like room interior at all , there was not facility provided as much they are are claiming on booking.com

Airco in room B5 did not work very well in contrast to the airco in room B4.

For the price we paid, it would be mostly unfair to complain. Yes, the room could be bigger. They could use keycards. The Marriott is opposite to it, and feels fancier. However for the price we paid, this was more than we were expecting. The only thing which is slightly annoying is the main gate entrance, and sometimes the bell wouldn't ring properly and it would take a few attempts to be let in the property.

We stayed for ~20 days here while caring for a relative, and it turned out to be a great value for money at a great location. Even though it is initially unassuming, Mr. Amod (receptionist) took a lot of steps to make our stay special- including giving us a preferred room upstairs, extending our stay at good prices, replacing mattresses on request, providing a heater and even refunding money himself when I had overpaid for a day. The hotel provided us cutlery if we needed too. Also whenever we wanted our rooms cleaned, we left the keys at the reception and had perfect rooms on returning. And all this with an excellent location, 3-minute walk from Vyapar Kendra (where I often had my breakfast), 7-minute walk from Supermart-1 & 2 (with a lot of great food options) and 10-minute walk from Huda City Center metro at extreme bargain rates. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Intercom did not work all 6 days. No toiletries/dental kit/soap were provided. Dinner had only veg options under plan. Same 2 dishes repeated. Breakfast took more than 45 mins for simple poha. Tea was pathetic. Used plates would not be collected for over 15-16 hours. No wifi details were shared or provided.

In the room that was offered to me the Fan, AC, TV, Telephone and WiFi are not working. Luckily geyser was working. Beds spreads and pillows aren't clean. Will never go there again.

Nice place right across from Marriott. Super location. Very quiet and friendly. Just what we were looking for as we didn't want the hustle bustle of a very commercial place. The staff is nice and friendly and we got great breakfast served in the room every day. Recommend this place.

Loads of dust and towels were not clean. We had to as the staff to clean clean the room again to remove all the dust from the room. Shower was faulty so couldn’t control the temperature.

The property has started showing its age. Fan regulator missing, exhaust fan in bathroom not working, plaster peeling off the walls among other smaller issues. The bed in my room was extremely small. I'm 5'7" and it was just about enough for me.

The breakfast as always was top notch. Had Parathas which hit the spot. Tea could have been better though.
