Cleanliness could be a little bit better, the floor of the room was broken close to the bed.

There is not much common area to relax or chill but if you are in Jaipur for sight seeing it’s not a problem.

Pearl Palace Heritage Hotel is a boutique Hotel hence it’s not a large property but it amazed us by its interior theme which is unique for each room. The stay for us was comfortable, we also got an early check-in as possible.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7.30 and we had train at 8 am and they could not do us a pack up.

Beautiful and Lovely rooms. We stayed in the Viceroy, lots of space and extremely comfy. Wonderful bathroom with lovely shower and balcony! Staff were very helpful. Some lovely special extras such as a Tea service each night.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, with very good AC. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, we really enjoyed the breakfast which we could order in advance as well. The recommended restaurant at the sister hotel Peacock was also very good.

Hotel is located in a residential area so no places to go other than in tuktuk or taxi.

Everything was perfect !!! This hotel gives you the feeling of being in a palace. The decoration and uniqueness of each room and corridor is something we never see in any place. The staff is amazing and the two drivers Salman and Jamil made our three days stay an unforgettable experience!! Very quiet and away of city noise.

Originally we booked for one night and asked for extension for one more day. The staff of the night shift, Ajay, told us that it wouldn’t be a problem for booking one more night with the same room, and I could proceed the extension the next day morning even though I originally insisted on paying right away. HOWEVER, on the next day, we’re being told by the day shift girl that the same room we want had been booked from someone else. It’s not professional for Ajay to promise extensions in the first place and we have to find another hotel because other rooms in the same hotel are more expensive……

Each room and floor has different themes. The room is clean and comfortable.

When I was searching for hotels in Jaipur I came across this property. Liked the pictures so I went ahead and booked it. But when I arrived I realized that the place looked much better than on the pictures. Absolutely loved the decor, the art in the room, the neatness, the friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing - only a bit of noise around the area during the day. This is in a family area where the entrance gate closes at night

The building and the rooms are stunning! Each room and floor are different and so nice. Staff took care of us, they satisfied our asks also for the room and arranged for the dinner with a tuk tuk they brought us to the peacock restaurant in their twin hotel. Food was amazing - both dinner at peacock and breakfast that was served in the room (you can order it the night before from a menu and they will deliver it to you). Need to say: I was worried because it was a 3 star hotel but reading previous reviews I decided to book it and I would make the same choice again! It is much better than 4 and 5 star hotels where we have been in India with an unbeatable price/quality ratio

We didn't get good quality sleep because the local dogs kept fighting loudly during the night!!

This hotel was gorgeous! It was an easy walk from the train station when we arrived into Jaipur. The traditional design and style of the room was so beautiful, it was a good size and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, had to choose items the night before, not a buffet. We visited the rooftop of the sister hotel about 2 blocks away which was also lovely and there are a couple of other good eateries nearby. The hotel arranged a driver for the day to take us out to the Amber Fort etc. And there is a tuk tuk driver employed by the hotel so always out the front if you need a ride.

It is exactly as you see on the photos, full-on elaborate features in the communal spaces and the rooms. Breakfast was by selection from a menu the night before, and for our simple needs it was really good.

The 1st floor is dark. And the room is also dark. The decorations in the room are stone statue which feel a bit horror at night. We requested to switch a room when check in but didn’t be accepted. I still took the room but regretted at midnight. :/

Breakfast was not good. The fruit tasted like onions- obviously cut on the same board that is used to chop vegetables.
