The bathroom was small but functional. Because it was small, there was a little mildew on the bathroom ceiling and some corners due to a lack of ventilation. This could easily be cleaned with a little bleach and ensuring a ventilator fan is running all the time the bathroom is in use and for 10 minutes after showers. The card access for the rooms is a little odd, as there is a common kitchen/lounge area, a card must be in the slot for the lights, etc to work. It means your access card could be left in a common area used by others, so it's not great for security.

The staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was a good size with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was okay, but I found the staff hovered around me too much, I like to eat my food in peace and not have a waiter watching my every move.

Amazing staff, they solve any questions! The rooftop restaurant is very atmospheric, the chef personally goes out to the guests, the food is all delicious, you can feel the love and soul put into the design and preparation of the dishes, the restaurant on the ground floor also does not give the position! There is a swimming pool and a great new gym with a trainer, this is a big plus.Convenience and comfort, that is the feeling left after this hotel.

I can't recommend Patria Suites highly enough! Our stay was absolutely exceptional, and the value for money was incredible. We booked two deluxe rooms, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to spacious 1BHK suites! The suites were beautifully appointed - very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work - everything was spotless. While the on-site dining offered only vegetarian options, the spread was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. I highly recommend treating yourself to breakfast during your stay. But what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and prompt, courteous service. Every interaction, from the front desk to the wait staff, was professional and friendly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Overall, Patria Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff's hospitality, the luxurious accommodations (especially considering the upgrade!), and the delicious food all contributed to an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back!

The pillows were uncomfortable and not up to the mark. The shower cubicle in one room had inadequate drainage leading to waterlogging in that bathroom.

It's like a second home where you feel relaxed and comfortable. Very practical and utilitarian with undue frills. The staff are courteous and well trained in their respective jobs.

The transfer to airport should be complimentary and the booked taxi came around 50 minutes late. Reason given was taxi wasn't prepared so driver went to get fuel etc. Customer could easily miss their flight,

For the suites with shared lounges, the key to door is the issue. With the same key, the lounge lights/ac are powered on and with the same key, the door has to be opened. This is security issue and also comfort issue as if other room occupant leaves with the key, power is switched off for all the rooms and loune.
