The property is completely acceptable and good value for the money. Rooms are large, everything seemed clean but needing updates. Toilet pape, towels and hot water were readily available. We arrived in the middle of the night, and Ashish helped us check in with a smile on his face. He insisted on helping us with our bags, and we could also store our luggage with him during the day.

Under the bed was dirt And personal stuff from previous visitors Obviously the cleaner had not cleaned the floor under the bed. And when we arrived we got 2 tiny waterbottles for which we were supposed to pay the next day instead of putting them for free in the room before arrival.But we were not charged for them afterall.

The manager Suraj was very friendly and helpful and joyful And he had a beautiful Om tattoo on his hand.

We changed the room because the smell in the first room was very bad (too much disinfection smell). The next room was OK. The pictures on the website look much better than the rooms are, so it was a little bit disappointing for us.

Location and the staff was very helpfull and friendly. The price was also good.

Nothing relevant. The hotel is especially well located if you're coming by bus or train late, though far from the airport. Hectic downtown Bangalore may not be everyone's cup of tea, but felt quite alright to me.

The staff were very kind and obliging from the start, even upgraded my room to a very spacious one free of charge and accepted to keep my winter bag safe for a couple of months as I travel south, which was super handy. Suraj is a true gentleman. Facilities are clean and well-kept, everything worked properly.

The room doesn’t look like the photos on Booking. Our room was upgraded but even that didn’t match the images shown on Booking. The fan in our room was noisy so we didn’t use it. One of the reception staff commented multiple times on my appearance at check in, saying that I looked very tried many times, which wasn’t much appreciated! Suraj, the other reception staff was very concerned we leave a good review on Booking, asking us many times to leave a good review and told us what star rating we should give. We assured him we would leave a review!

We chose this place due to its location near the train, bus and metro stations which was convenient for us. The road itself is very busy and we found it a bit difficult walking from the train station for the first time but it was fine after that. You couldn’t hear the road from inside the hotel/room, we could hear noise from the corridor outside our room more clearly! Basic room and bathroom with good Wi-Fi and hot water. We were upgraded to a room with AC which we didn’t actually use as it wasn’t hot when we were there. We were able to leave our bags after check out and pick them up later in the evening and use the hotel’s communal space which was very useful for us.
