We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaOverall Ceanliness should improve. No hangers are provided in the closet. There is no running hot water provision. Toiletries, drinking warer are not available. Considering the price, the above can be ignored.
Location is in prime area. Accessibility is excellent. Air conditioning was very good. Water under good pressure is available 24 hours. The room is provided at a very good rate.

IndiaFirst of all, the behavior of the staff has to be changed. Need to use good bed and mattresses. Rooms must be clean
It was a complete bad experience for me. The rooms are not meant for families. Not clean at all. The batch room was not getting closed properly. WiFi was available only in the corridor. No parking available for the hotel.

IndiaIdeal location , near new private bus stand. Not a hotel just lodging. Actually it on the upper floor of crowded shopping complex. No comfort of an ordinary hotel. For single person its Ok, not suitable for family, Didnt provide complementary breakfast as offered in the site. Not recommended. Had to face an arguing room boy
