There are 2 glass doors in the ground floor studio which I believe was supposed to be a shop. One is the entrance door to the so called studio, it had an opaque glass door and there is another glass door at the side which was transparent. But good thing is, it had dark curtains.

Location is excellent. staff is good. The Room is neat and clean. Bedding is comfy and clean like hotel.

Access approach to the building is not easy. But we managed to get a mini bus apart from cars and auto rickshaws to the building entrance. Few minor upgrades like bedding and cutlery needs to be upgraded to make the stay comfortable.

The property is similar to what is shown in the pics and they are clean and the team was easy to deal with. Property caretaker Minku Singh was good and active he was available whenever we called him and explained the usage of the house facilities. Located in Bandra just across lilavati hospital is the best with plenty of eatery joints at walking distance.

The garbage which I left outside the door was not collected. It was sitting there for 2 days. The elevator door is a manual grill door that needs to be shut. Some tenants were leaving it open and it did not have an alarm, so every time we had to go to the floor that left it open and shut it in order to use it. The hall room ac was going into eco mode everytime. 😳

Staff asking for rating all the time without even willing to work. Have to tell to do some job. Honestly the rating was asked atleast 15 times during the stay. Ratings are based on your work and behaviour. AC remote not working asked to change it and was never done, change of towels were not done when asked because of the rainy season it’s not drying properly. From the next day we started washing by ourselves. Thank God washing machine was there. Also during the rainy season something should be done to stop the water coming inside the house.

Property was in the middle of the city and it was accessible as well as affordable. It’s worth for the money we have paid.

Some amendments can help improve the experience: - The AC in the living area was not working, but the mechanic was called out, and it needed a part replacement. - The towels could be upgraded... although clean towels are available, the towels seemed worn out and could be replaced by better quality towels. - Some items have not been well thought through: - The microwave is placed too high and can be a hazard when removing hot food. - the wire for the water kettle is short and so you need to keep the water kettle on the gas stove if you want to use it - which means you cannot operate the gas at the same time (this is because appliances have a different plug and the number of plug points are limited) - while there is a microwave, most of the dishes provided are aluminium and so cannot be used in the microwave - Only one of the appliance plug points (of 2 available) was working, so you had to decide between using the washing machine or the water kettle or the microwave. - An ironing board would be good rather than using a table to iron. - The iron needs to be replaced as the wire is splitting, which makes it hazardous. - The entrance to the build is dangerous for elderly, as well youngsters, when wet as it has quite a steep slope.

Good Location. The caretaker Minku Singh was very helpful with a constant smile. The place was kept tidy.

Huge Rat in kitchen and they act like this is customary. Filthy dirty walls. The pillow is like a rock. You get 1 towel for 2 people. The greeter reeks of alcohol. The building is surrounded by slums and homeless camps. Nothing about this felt safe. The bathroom was horrendous for a female to share.... Ask for pictures!! You do not get a sheet, just a comforter.

The price was a bit of a shock! But it was the cheapest we could find in Mumbai and the facilities were better than expected so I can't really complain! The whole city seems expensive compared with the rest of India. We were worried about noise from the street being on the ground floor but it really wasn't bad

The big smart TV, great WiFi, ground floor, a fridge freezer with ice!! Good shower with hot water, comfy bed, lockable drawer and wardrobe, security guard day and night - SHIVA in particular was very friendly and attentive! And we were allowed to leave our bags there until our bus in the evening

2 hours before the actual stay, I called them and they told me that my stay was confirmed and I check in by 1 pm. But when I reached the location, they said my credit card was invalid and hence the booking was not confirmed. I had to look for other options then. Very bad behaviour.

When I entered the apartment upon check in it was still being cleaned as well there were small flies around the house which I had to push them out on my own. The bed sheet’s which were given were old and tattered,so iam not sure if they were changed. The towels which were given were washed but had stains already attached the pictures below bathroom had this rusted holder at the side also attached a picture below. The room tv doesn’t really work that great because the wifi doesn’t reach the bedroom so as too one tv remote for both TV’s.. I have stayed in Air Bnbs and service apartments around the world and there is some weird visitor policy as I only had a few friends come over and who did not stay just to see my Lil one as I do not Stay in India anymore and had a message form the OSI service apartments stating that visitors strictly not allowed as the society apparently disapproved this and I could not find anything about this visitor policy as it states no parties or events allowed which did not happen I have an infant along I cannot have a party even if i wanted to. Also mentioning the fact that the neighbouring apartment had a lot of visitors come through on Saturday night and had a lot of music and chatter happen throughout the night which we could hear. I have never had a visitor problem out side of India in service apartments till now. Anyways these were my findings as of now not gonna book the same place again on my next visit to India.

The property inside decor in the living room was good. Shiva the help was very helpful throughout the stay as they had him everyday to come clean the apartment floor.

While booking I thought that the studio apartment was a bit small and was unsure about the area. To my surprise, the room was much bigger than i expected! The area is very safe and quiet with everything you can imagine accessible nearby such as food, drinks, groceries, shops for shopping etc. etc. The building angel view is located at Chapel road very close by to the hill road market in Bandra West. Now, coming to the service, Shiva was the caretaker appointed to us and he did an outstanding job at it. The housekeeping was good and if we had any questions he was quick to solve them and is very friendly guy in general. All in all, the experience was too damn good and so value for money.

The property was nice and the caretaker, Rashid was very helpful with things. I didn’t want to be disturbed much and he made sure of that. The property also has a washing machine. No breakfast since it’s a service apartment.

The wifi was not working and even after several calls nobody tried to fix it. Basic toiletries were not present even though it was mentioned in the apartment description There was no separate living room.
