In my room the kettle was not working. The microwave had a weird smell, I guess a deep cleaning is required.

Spacious room with all good amenities. Even this place is situated in lots of office spaces(companies) around so people stay here for a longer duration too. They have an induction stove, with all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. The room is neat and clean. AC temperature can be controlled in your respective room. Staff are very good, quite efficient and prompt while checking in. Food was good and they have a dinner buffet spread which is really wholesome. Prices are quite decent, nothing over the top.

Well maintained with courteous staff. Location is good with many eateries located within the premises. Amenities were of a high standard. On learning about our anniversary, they upgraded our room to a superior one with a balcony and also arranged for a complimentary cake. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Noise from the street comes in the rooms. After that the place is quiet. Furnitures are very basic, but sufficient. Kitchen has very basic equipment, but basics were there for two person.

My room got upgraded , the bed was amazingly good with soft sheets. There was a filter coffee machine (suodatinkahvi) ! Haven't seen them here in India, in Finland this machine is a must piece of equipment in house holds.

We loved the rooms and the service. A lot of options for Breakfast. Recommended for families and those who are traveling for Visa appointments, the consulate is a 13-minute walk.

The Business Centre could have been a little better. It had working space and seating, But I didn't see Printer or other support equipment which a business traveller may need.

The furnished apartments were very spacious and well equipped. Oakwood has anticipated all the needs of a business traveller and made sure that suites are equipped accordingly. It is an excellent place for a long stay, since it is equipped with a good Kitchenette, washing machine etc. The staff is very courteous, responsive and attend to a guests' needs quickly and efficiently.

The WiFi was not good and our devices kept losing connectivity to the internet.

The room was clean, staff friendly and there were many options for breakfast making it easy for those even with dietary restrictions to have options.

The fact that there was limited coordination between staff members. People were calling us regarding payments in the middle of the night.

1.The Iron provided in the room was broken and leaking...it wud wet the clothes rather than iron them well. That iron in # 1601 had no business being there...and you should replace it. 2. There was no socket/plug point for the Hair Dryer in the Bathroom...one had to plug it outside the Barhroom space .which seems a but odd.

Cleanliness and space....upmarket feel. Bfast was very decent and staff extremely courteous....Service with a Smile.

Working was questionable. Every day there was something—light not going off in closet so you had to skew with light on. They sent someone three times to fix but didn’t fix the problem. I gave up. Dimmer switch exploded in my hand when a bedside table lamp shorted out. Washer moved during cycle, so you couldn’t close the cabinet doors around it. Had to call maintenance a lot. Not enough western food on restaurant menu and room service menu. And when it was supposedly western, it still had chili/hot spices in it.

Absolutely first class staff and customer service which made up for the somewhat grimy furnishings (stained lounge and chairs; curtains didn’t glide and were not hung properly and looked shabby and let in light when they’re supposed to be light blocking). Excellent housekeeping staff, front desk, and restaurant staff.
