Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesIt is not value for money. It is a very old hotel, and things are not upto the mark as a 5 star hotel. Front desk service is slow. Bathroom has no lock, which may be a big issue if you travel with kids.
Location and view from the room are excellent. Staff and security is very good. Room and bathroom size is ok because you are in Mumbai. Room has all the amenities as described like mini fridge, iron, tv , desk etc. Taxis and auto are easily available from outside the hotel which is really convenient. Juhu chowpati is not very close, by auto it will be 5 to 7 min drive, cost Rs 23 to 30. Through beach side walk around 15 to 20 mins. Outside lawn area is superb.

IndiaThe hotel is a little overpriced for the quality of amenities provided. The wallpaper looks good but in my room, the edges were frayed and peeling off in a few places. The bathroom was cramped, the basin faucet was crooked to one side (though it worked just fine) and the rain head shower leaked when the handheld was used. These little things are holding back this hotel from being the genuine top-tier property that it can surely be.
The sea facing rooms have an amazing view and the rooms are also decently big. The beachfront location is wonderful, and the direct access through the hotel makes it convenient to visit the beach while avoiding the crowd. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, and everything tastes really good. The in-house bar at Gaada is great, and with good food and music, the late-evening vibes are immaculate.

IndiaThe swimming pool was nice but did not have a changing room or shower close to it. Either one could go down the steps to use the shower or go to the gym one floor above through the public area.
Room was sea-facing, though at an angle. Also was overlooking the pool (beach and sea being after the pool). Breakfast was nice and had a good spread. Location was excellent! Just on the beach and in a nice locality with good restaurants and shops close enough. The deck in front of the bar was marvellous, where one could enjoy food and drinks from the hotel. The swimming pool was nice too.
