Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Airport car parking staff very aggressive and demanded we moved to level 6 to unload, or face a fine for unloading or pay them 1000 rupees f to unload at level 5 had no consideration for the fact that we were travelling with an elderly person.

ItalySome guests clearly don't understand, care about or respect the "Quiet Zone" signage. At all hours the night I stayed there were people speaking loudly in the hallway, slamming doors, kids screaming... In a way typical India I guess. I could also hear the neighbouring room conversation. The walls seem thin.
Staff is very professional, efficient, friendly, helpful & kind. My room & the hallways are very nice, designated by a sign stating, "Quiet Zone" (if I remember correctly). My room was nice looking & updated. The room service was fast & actually good quality reasonably priced selection. The breakfast buffet is actually excellent. Really great selection of European & Indian foods & mostly high quality.
