We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was convenient for the lake. The bed was comfortable and we had a view.

The “staff” is composed by a slew of young men who, apart from speaking zero English or at least making an effort, are just lounging about the entrance —quite comfortable and stretched out watching their phones. I asked for a bottle of water from the receptionist and was told “five minutes” —twenty-five minutes later I was, needless to say, livid!
There is absolutely NOTHING four stars about this place! It is but a glorified hostel. While the room was fairly decent, the hallways had an unbearable smell, better yet —stink— or humidity as if they “clean” with a wet dirty rag. Absolutely horrid!

IndiaFacilities were not upto mark given the hotel is rated 4 stars on booking.com. I had booked 2 rooms. Tea cups were dirty, mug was missing in one of the bathrooms, wardrobe and door handles were missing, door lock didn't work in one of the rooms. The staff didn't clean the rooms all day even after repeated requests. Finally when they cleaned, they forgot to give bathing towels.
Receptions were amiable, food was good.

The location is very attractive and beautiful and you see the Lake view from Hide-in Udaipur Hotel near from the Chandpole Bridge, In the Lake view you can see some fishes in the water Lake some mountain view as well, Auto rickshaw service available from the hotel and markets also near the Bridge just walking about 5 minutes away from the Hide-in Udaipur Hotel and I'll recommend this place to stay with your family members.
