The service of the hotel staff was unacceptable. I ordered food from swiggy which was already paid. The delivery guy left the delivery at the front desk and I got the call from the front desk of the hotel staff stating that the food you ordered is delivered at the hotel's front desk. When I asked them politely to please send the bell with the food delivery to the room, they refused very straight forward saying that it's the hotel's policy not to deliver food. I mean seriously. We are paying for the service so atleast this is the least that could be done. They don't have in room dining. Plus they don't even provide bell boys to make the penny things done. Today I had a check out so I had the breakfast included. In the morning while having breakfast I asked the waiter to please provide me a bread along with the butter spread on it. He straight away refused that sir the butter is on the table please do it yourself. I mean this not the hospital one expects from a good hotel. Please due take care of this.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and very convenient for every means. You get good food just the opposite of the hotel. There are many other options for good food and transportation is very easy and convenient. The ambience is very good and the breakfast as well. Not too many options for breakfast though. Overall you get everything that you need. From daily necessary items to grocery and from good food to Liquor. And there are many options for transportation.

We stayed one night in between flights. Very convenient to access Terminal 2 . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet (we were on the top floor) , well sized with a comfortable bed , table with 2 chairs , kettle /tea and coffee , bar fridge, complementary water. Shower area was a bit cramped. The air conditioning was excellent. The hotel , however, is located right on a very busy road and touching the metro station entrance. Can get very busy and tricky to access by car at peak times. The Indian breakfast was tasty. There is no on site restaurant - though they are a number around.

Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. Many issues logging in. Had to resort to sitting in the lobby a few times to access Wi-Fi.

Good value for money spent. Friendly / accommodating front desk staff. Clean \ comfortable room. Refrigerator in room….nice. Complimentary breakfast each morning was very nice. Several hot choices, fresh fruit, juices and freshly brewed CHAI TEA!!!

Rooms too small and poor sound proofing. Had traffic noise in the room all night. They also didn't provide packed breakfast for early checkouts which majority hotels near airports provide.

Rooms were clean and quite close to the airport. The staff was polite and accommodated a late dinner request even after the restaurant was closed.

- It would be better if the hotel provided pillow options in different sizes. They strictly said that we have only one size. - My room was located on the concourse level of the metro station next to it. Hence, my privacy was hampered, and no one-way films were installed. - Acoustics needs to be better between rooms as it was a hindrance

Didn't dislike anything, but certain things could have been better. I couldn't get the TV to work, there were no slippers provided initially. And ofcourse, there's no view outside the windows so curtains had to be kept shut the entire time.

The location is ideal, just under a metro station and only about 20 mins from either of the Mumbai airport Terminals. The also allowed for an earlier check in, so that was really convenient.

The rooms are very small , and the fittings and wood need a makeover. The breakfast had variety but no taste. They have very limited car parking and that too on the main road itself. However, the washrooms are decent (that is a priority for me) but still would recommend a deep cleaning and also fittings need to be changed. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel for Mumbai.

The property is located centrally and right next to the western expressway metro station.
