The hotel organised a car to pick us up at the airport and we were given a huge suite. The included breakfast is delicious and was the full menu plus buffet. Fabulous pool that we used every day and the service by all staff in the hotel is exceptional and puts other hotels to shame.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend.

From even before I stepped foot into the hotel, the service was exceptional. The driver they sent to pick me up from the airport was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed before the departure. When I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed by the most wonderful and warm staff. They gave me a welcome drink and escorted me to my room. To my surprise, they had upgraded my room and decorated it with balloons and a cake for my birthday. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was available for anything I needed. Breakfast options were good, and they provided bottles of drinking water daily. The amenities were all amazing. Overall, I will only stay at this hotel for my future visits to New Delhi.

Stuff are over enthusiastic - w'ont let you sit 5 minutes by yourself without coming to ask you if you need anything. The location is not good - no point in trying to go out of the hotel.

Booking.com charges and actual charges when you check in is a massive difference. Booking.com was 85,000 INR and at check in it was more than 1 lakh.

The hotel quite far from the airport, the didn’t have vegetables at the breakfast buffet and we had to order some.also the didn’t have a coffee machine or a stand to make coffee and after asking for that we wait about 20 minutes to get one coffee! I didn’t like also the smell of the corridors that smell like mold

The service men and women are very nice, helpful and considerate. They wanted to make our staying experience more pleasant and personal. The building itself is very unique and beautiful. We liked the pool

Nothing bad but food was more westerner in taste anyway make sense because people live here are mostly outsiders.

The hotel was not just a stay, but an experience for us, from which we enjoyed every minute. Also the food - the breakfasts and the dinners we had at the two restaurants, were excellent. Everything was clean and stylish decorated, the hotel itself as well as the swimming pool and the nice peaceful gardens. Professional & highly skilled staff. As location - 5 min ok walk to the Civil Lines yellow metro station (to reach out everywhere in Delhi) in case you want to try.

This is an old world hotel so it has a very old world feel about it. And a strong sense of colonial history. Some may be uncomfortable with this.

The staff were impeccable and incredibly attentive. The grounds are a real oasis in Delhi- expansive peaceful and with a gorgeous pool.
