Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe property was rather isolated for travellers without a car. The hotel has no restaurant which meant that all our meals were brought in from outside. So we were effectively fed in our room from food served in a tiffin box which was ok for a couple of days but no longer since it created a feeling of claustrophobia. When I came to pay, there was no card facility and even though I had prepaid for two nights stay I was presented with a bill for food and extras which doubled the cost. When I say ‘bill’ where was no bill, just a request for payment in cash. The hotel management was unable to print my bill and promised to send it to me by email. Suffice to say I never received it.
The room was of a good size with a small balcony overlooking the tree canopy which gave the impression of being in a tree house.

IndiaA good accommodation to Stay with family in a quiet location. It was a wonderful stay in Madhumanthra. Room and facilities are good in this budget. Breakfast is very nice. it is in a convenient location and it has a clean and spacious room. Moreover, the staff are always a helpful and immediate response. You can relax and enjoy the climate within the hotel. In the morning you will wake up by the sound of birds chirping and rooster crowing.

IndiaA place with good hospitality, cleanliness, and friendly staff. This place is perfect for families and couples. it itself has had nice view and a very green environment. This property is totally worth it. They gave us very good service too. Everything is perfect good room, food, location more than that extraordinary experience staff. Madhumanthra's surrounding is quite calm which we like the most. The morning Plantation walk was very informative ..overall stay was unforgettable Memories for us. Totally loved the team's hospitality.

IndiaExcellent stay at madhumanthra . The whole team is doing a great job. The front desk Staff is well-mannered and poised cum prompt in their service. They don’t have an in-house kitchen but are providing food on request. And the campfire is a fantastic experience for us in such a forest ambiance. Good Entertainment with the team, and we had pleasant morning walks with a Good guide. In an overall very Good stay
