I missed selection of tea bags in my room, would expect black, herbal and green tea, coffea and coffear creamer. When i called black tea and coffee bags were brought. Spa had a very good massage therapist but manicure i had to cancel in the middle because of lacking equipment and skills. Therefore i also rather cancelled the facial. So that could be something to be improved.Food was very good, but meat and veg section at the bufet could be clearly marked and separated . I was actually expecting pure veg, dont know why. So that is why i dont prepay food next time.

When we were checking in they first said they didn't have the room we originally booked (a queen bed non smoking), they said we had the choice of two twin beds or a queen on a smoking floor. When we said we would not be paying the same rate for something we didn't want they then had our room. They did the same thing to my parents. So they told both of us they didn't have the rooms we booked and then ended up giving us the rooms we booked. Very frustrating and made it seem like they wanted to give us lesser rooms for the same price. also the rooms are on the smaller side

The room was clean and well kept, the pool is very nice and it is very close to the airport. The restaurants are a bit pricy but the food and service was good.

Very noisy room because of works (hummer, saw. …). People from the reception didn’t take care of my concern the first time. The second time after 30’ of noise they finally agreed to change my room, but to a smoking room. I had the choice :noise or bad smell !

The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. My room door was broken so I could not come and go without waiting 15 minutes every time to be let into my room. Then my room door was being service so I was disturbed for almost an hour. I asked for extra time to check out due to this but they refused and wanted me to pay extra. I asked for wifi whilst I waited in the hotel as my flight was delayed 6 hours, they refused also. Simply requests but they refused and were just not friendly or helpful or understanding. All the other staff, room service, security were very nice and kind.

Very clean, great pool and gym. Comfy beds and great room service.

Food spread can have more variety, nonveg food menu is limited and so is the veg, also light snacks with drinks can be reviewed.

Liked the ambiance, smoking rules are a bit strict but on the whole a good stay

Power points were hit and miss for US adapters - likely because hotel is heavily booked.

Super near airport, safe, staff was helpful. Upgraded room on seeing our family size (although they may have run out of room we booked :). Huge pool.

Rooms were small, bathroom tiny, but adequate for a 1 night airport stay.

Awesome location for the airport, only a 5 minute ride to the terminal, we used Uber which cost approx 200 rupees - no need to pre-book transfer. Staff were very friendly, particularly the restaurant manager and his team.

Very slow at reception. Only 2 people working which is not enough for such a big hotel with many rooms and guests. It took way too long to check in. Taxi ordered from reception to the airport was overpriced, but most hotel taxis are.

Very good location, less than 10 min from the airport. Room was decent size, and very nice looking lobby and pool area. Also is walking distance to Worldmark shops and restaurants.

We did not like the music playing in the public areas. The music playing is dull & repetitive. Some variety or silence would be better.

Excellent buffet supper included in the price, very good service. Friendly staff. The pool.

It's close to the airport so really convenient, and also there is a large shopping mall/complex nearby, with bars and restaurants.

Very thin walls, you will hear every word, cough etc. of the other rooms and people passing by on the hallway. Staff often seemed annoyed/stressed and therefore unfriendly. The price is quite expensive and hotels in the category usually offer a free airport pickup, especially since the airport is close by. Unfortunately, I had to organise and pay for my own transport from the airport to the hotel. Toiletries could be nicer, mine looked like they have been through a few hands before.

Breakfast was delicious, design of the room was nice.
