The breakfast spread was somewhat underwhelming. Some of the dishes were too spicy, even for a native like me, and the eggs were a bit too bland and watery for my liking (this might just be a personal preference). Additionally, the hotel's alcohol limitations should have been communicated more clearly upfront. This was quite surprising, especially for a hotel like Marriott

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. When the front of house team learned it was my mother's birthday, they surprised us with a cake, which was a very sweet gesture. The rooms were extremely comfortable and exceeded all our expectations. A special mention goes to Mr. Joseph from the F&B team, who did an outstanding job assisting us during breakfast.

Dining was very good but slightly on the higher side.

Provided a complimentary pre-dawn breakfast for Muslims, who were fasting, which was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. Provided complementary transport to and from Lulu Mall.

More privacy in the washroom so 2 individuals can use toilet and shower at the same time. Some items during our breakfast and lunch were not so tasty.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The buggy system to Lulu Mall was excellent as it would be very uncomfortable due to the intense heat. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a collection of Western and Indian cuisine.

I have faced some issues with the room I first received. Front Desk Manager Mr Nidhin dealt the situation very professionally after proper analyzation. And made our stay comfortable. It is very much appreciable the way he dealt with the situation. Hospitality from the staff is really admirable. A better space to spend with family. Suitable for kids & shopping. Mr Hanin was really helpful for arranging my transport on time. Thanks to all the staff who were all very friendly including the taxi person. Definitely a safe place to spend time away from home when you’re in Kochi.

Breakfast - excellent spread. meets with everybody's requirements, Dinner at the Kerala restaurant : Excellent food and very courteous staff and beyond expectation. We hope to spend more time at the hotel during our next trip.

I loved everything about this hotel, excellent location in Cochin, next door to the lovely Lulu Mall, hotel provided free buggy services to and from lulu mall. Hats off to the amazing chef Suresh Ganesh, we had told him about a pastry native to our home South Africa, the next morning it was prepared and brought to us at breakfast. Such wonderful service and kindnes! The hotel staff were always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
