Super friendly family haveli, run and managed by two brothers, constantly seeking ways to enhance guest experience. Great views from the roof top area (suggestion for the hosts: put some comfortable lounging chairs/day beds on the rooftop terrace to enhance the use of this space); Great communication in advance and onward travel. Lovely welcome and excellent reccomdations for local restaurants as well as providing in house meals. Large rooms with ample space for storage of clothes.Fridge and kettle in room. Lovely old haveli with tastefully furnished rooms.

A bit hard to find in the back alleys. Like all Indian cities the area is filled with trash.

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Khamma Heritage - our first homestay during our travels in India. Such a wonderful family who looked after my husband and I so well - we were overwhelmed by their generosity and kindness. Nothing was a problem - my husband's reading - glasses broke during our stay and the family helped us to get them repaired quickly which was fantastic. We were served home cooked food (Thali) on the rooftop terrace at sunset, taking in the wonderful views of the Mehrangarh Fort - a must see! We were very comfortable and we would highly recommend this homestay to all future travellers - in our opinion, the best place to stay in Jodhpur! The city of Jodhpur is exotic, narrow streets, street traders, spices, textiles, tuk tusk everywhere - probably our favourite place so far. The Fort and Palace are unbelievable. Words cannot express - I cannot speak more highly of our experience here.

We loved everything.

Khamma Heritage is a beautifully restored and decorated family-run haveli in a great location. Breakfast was excellent and dinner exceptional. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve encountered in India. The family members are very friendly and helpful. Ritesh organised tours and transport for us each day. The heritage home is very clean and well-presented with excellent facilities. The rooftop restaurant has a magnificent view of the fort.

The diner charged 10.000 roupies is on the high end compared to what we paid in other Homestays. They charged us for the tea which is typically offered in other homestays. But all in all details vs the fantastic stay you will have there.

This new guest house located in a former heritage haveli has a lot of cachet and offers large and comfy and nicely decorated rooms. Very soft beds (not always the case in India). The food (breakfast and diner) is excellent. The family that runs this business is very nice. We had some great discussions with the sons. The guest is perfectly located at the foot of the fort and easy to travel around from. The terrasse, where you can have your meals, offers a fantastic view on the fort.

Khamma Heritage is a beautiful guest house with the most lovely terrace view you can desire in Jodhpur. It is a rare mix of homely environment that gives you privacy. The owners and employees of Khamma heritage serenade you with love and kindness. Hrithik, Gopal, and others went beyond what was required of them. Not to mention the homemade food that was provided to us everyday. We cannot recommend them enough.

We liked everything!

Ritik and Atik and their family were lovely, so attentive and helpful. We were feeling quite ill when we got there and they took care of us so well. Helped us planned our trip forward and even found tickets for us for a music festival. It was a fabulous stay and I would highly recommend this place! The homecooked food, the view facing the fort, the bed and service: everything was wonderful!!

Nothing we had a great time

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Khamma Heritage. We stayed two nights and tasted two excellent home cooked dinners at the property. Ritick and his family were a highlight of the stay and also helped to organise a walking tour, tuk tuk tour and transfer to udaipur. The rooms and bathrooms were big and clean. The terrace was a peaceful retreat from the city. We would definitely recommend Khamma Heritage as value for money in this location.

Nothing - an absolute pleasure

I could not recommend Khamma Heritage more highly, this was the loveliest place to stay imaginable, with all the comforts of a luxury hotel, with the warmth of a stay with a family. Ritik was such a kind and welcoming host and went above and beyond to make us feel as though we were at home. It's difficult to convey how genuine and lovely it was to interact with everyone here, it truly was a pleasure. Please make sure you do stay here if you visit Jodhpur. The rooms and hotel are clean, spacious and in a gorgeous heritage home. The bed was by far the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel (truly welcome after arriving in the middle of the night on a train delayed by 6 hours). There is a delicious buffet breakfast, which can be enjoyed on a gorgeous rooftop with great views of the city and Mehrangarh fort. On top of that, lots of the produce is homegrown. I would come back to Jodhpur just to stay here again!!!

- Location. - View from roof. - Cleanliness. - Food. - All services. Location of this place is at the heart of city. Many important places (like Taurji ka jhalra, Mehrangarh fort, ghanta ghar, market for shopping) are at walkable distance from this place. Owner Ritik is friendly and he planned our itinerary in Jodhpur in a very beautiful way. He was not only hotel manager but our guide as well. He can arrange all kind of services like commute, zipline, blue city heritage walk, etc. He knows great places for shopping, eating and he can suggest places as per our requirements (especially in food and shopping). The home cooked delicious food(by Ritik's mom) with the view of fort Mehrangarh was the cherry on the top. If you're planning to visit Jodhpur, plan your stay at Khamma Heritage and you will get great experience.

As with most accommodation we've experienced in the historic city sections of cities in Rajasthan, it's outside the accommodation that would merit attention. We'd recommend hosing down the street outside daily and maybe using some disinfectant as dogs are present. The approach to a hotel is what people see first so it would create an immediate favourable impression if the street outside was clean and free of litter. Inside the accommodation is lovely but maybe the cupboard under the bathroom sink could have a shelf added to accommodate wash bags/toiletries.

Our room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Ritik and Atik were friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the simple Jain thali provided each evening - it was presented in lovely copper dishes. The lassi was delicious. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room and bathroom were very clean. The view of the fort from the rooftop terrace/dining area was what prompted us to choose this place and we saw a couple of beautiful sunsets there.

Can’t find any faults.

Amazing 2 twenty year olds Ritik & Atik running this fantastic home stay and with such energy, enthusiasm. There is no lift, after a relaxed check in I was taken to my room, and my large bag was already inside. Centrally located, home cooked food. “No can do” attitude was so refreshing. I mentioned the light switches needed labeling because it was hard to work out which lights related to each switch-Ritik will rectify this straightaway. I was transported by scooter to my cooking class which was great fun. Suggest you arrange your transportation/tours via Ritik as he is knowledgeable,efficient and reliable. I was ripped off by one of Tuk Tuk drivers-not booked via Ritik. My room was a king suite on the second floor with balcony and it was superb, clean and a comfy king bed. Kettle in room with free snacks-and if you wanted more, it wasn’t an issue. I went for dinner to the recently opened Novotel and felt on first impressions it lacked character in comparison, and not to mention it was 20 minutes outside the blue city. I cannot rate my stay highly enough and can totally recommend Khamma Heritage Hotel.

The hotel is operated by a family, the staff is friendly and effective. We were welcomed by a warm blessing. The room is big and clean, and the facilities work well. The hotel also can help arrange tours and traffic, the staff are always online if we need any help during our tour.

Would have liked a better choice of coffee options.

The Khamma Heritage is a beautiful hotel ran by Ritik and his wonderful family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and beautiful decorated. We ate here most nights and the home cooked food was absolutely delicious(it is loving prepared my Ritik’s mum). They use homegrown ingredients and Ritik will be only to pleased to show you his lovely city garden. We did a Heritage walking tour of the the Blue City which they organised and it was brilliant 🤩. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel like part of the family. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. Thank you all for making our stay such a special time.

We had the most enjoyable and pleasant stay at Khamma Heritage. The host was very warm,welcoming and accomodating. The home made food was a combination of amazing taste and variety. My second favourite part of the stay was the four poster bed and beautiful decor of the room. You can enjoy your evening tea watching the setting sun, next to the Mehrangarh fort- that is an experience in itself. We were amazed by the extent of hospitality shown to us.

Small observations, maybe it could be better to have some more options for the breakfast. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

The room was very spatious and clean, the bathrom have all the things you need including a toothbrush kit. The view to the fort is perfect. Retik is a really nice host! I totally recomand it. The location is prefect, in the old city! The rooftop view is amazing.
