Had reserved 3 SUVs for 10:45 am for airport. 2 SUVs came on time. We waited for the 3rd SUV till 11:20 and the staff kept saying that the 3rd vehicle is 2 minutes away. We finally fit 10 people in 2 SUVs and left as we had to catch our flight

Breakfast had amazing variety with exceptional taste (esp. the softest idiappam) All the staff I interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly and professional at all times. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness of the room and facilities.

The approach to hotel is not good. All around construction is going on ad there are not many facilities in hotel like a playroom, library etc.

The Staff was excellent. They looked after us very well. Rahul in front desk and Room Manager Argha were really supportive and went out of their way. The restaurant team at malabar cafe was very helpful. A special mention for Keerthi. The helpdesk was also very helpful and a spacial mention for Kishore and Sreejesh. The gym trainers were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are amazing, hospitable, kind, caring and warm. The hotel is impeccable, rooms are much bigger than pictures display them to be online. I walked in amazed! Hotel managers are phenomenal as well as staff. We wanted to check out later and the kindly let us have it complimentary. I can’t wait to visit again, one of best hotel stays I’ve had. It’s clean, perfect and customer service will blow you away. True definition of a 5* hotel!

The room design is terrible. 1. You open the door to a narrow foyer. So whoever is standing there must move out to let in the new person. 2.the luggage stand is so small that it can fit only a medium-sized box and you have to close the box and push it inside if you have to slide open the door for the wardrobe. 3. the washroom architecture felt congested. Another major problem we faced was that the bathroom door was not closing properly. So when we use the rain shower or hand shower, there would be heavy water leaking out of the bathroom all the way into the living area.so we asked for many towels and were literally walking on wet towels.

It was one of the most well maintained and clean hotels ive stayed in in India! From arrival, we were welcomed so kindly and our rooms were always kept clean by the staff at the highest standard. We travelled with around 12 of us from the UK and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would often spend time in the pool which was not too busy, order food and drinks and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. Especially the french toast and appam!

The negatives are that it felt more like an adult only place. There are no inhouse activities for kids and this is a little upsetting. The reception told us that we can go for the happy hours as a compliment and then later asked us to pay for it. This was a little rude, but we considered it as miscommunication. We would have loved to get a briefing on our rooms and also what we can do in and around the city and the activities we could enjoy in the Hotel itself. The Hotel has a lot of untapped potential to make the stay even more memorable.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the service was also very good. A very good breakfast and a very accommodative setting. The fact that you get such a service at this location at the core of the city is a perk in itself. Very neat, uses top quality materials.

the breakfast buffet is the best we've ever had. the number of fresh items they offer -- poori, parotta, appam, dosa, French toast, pancakes, etc. is just incredible. The hotel is brand new and so the facilities are top notch. when we come back to Trivandrum, we are definitely staying here.
