Check Out - Wrong Billing. Was not offered 25% on F&B as mentioned in my reservation from Booking.com. Fells cheated by the cashier in charge. Not acceptable. Was Initially offered discount, one hour after checkout, was unfortunately charged the entire amount. This is gross negligence and cheating.

The air conditioning in room 1112 was causing mold growing on the ceiling, black spots at the ceiling all in front of the aircon. I woke up two mornings with headache. And since it is central aircon I changed the hotel rather than trying to change the room alone. Cleaning the ceiling which was obviously tried to be done is not helping, the aircon must be disinfected. The rainy season cannot compromise on health.

Everyone has been very kind and supportive. Both breakfast and dinner chefs have been excellent and food was great. Thanks to Raykumar and Mr Harisu.

I was busy in my work , we are planning to have a law firm office at Vadodara, So I will advise my staff to stay at your place.It was really a good experience .

Previously I used to stay at Radisson, but as no such Hotel in Baroda , So i decided to stay at Hayat , I find Hayat is better and comfortable , staff is good and cooperative .

The Washroom Flush kept leaking and that water loss was a killer sight. We changed 2 rooms on the 6th floor, but somehow the problem continued. Hope the Flush work is being taken care off and no such thing happens especially with a well branded hotel like HAYATT.

Good Cleanliness is maintained. Staff at front Desk, Shreya was super helpful and helped us with an early check in. The Housekeeping staff was very cooperative. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was a bit far away from the main city, making travel to and from a daunting task sometimes.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Arpan and Sulabh who guided us through the hotel and made our stay enjoyable with their constant help. Additionally the food was palatable, with Mr. Sanju being very understanding and preparing delicious custom orders.Would highly recommend him if you have a knack for sweets. The resturant management by Mr. Harish was also quite commendable. Lastly the rooms met the expectations and werequite comfortable. The facilities at the pool and gym are awesome as well!

Cant find anything that i disliked.

1. Good staff (all over) 2. Good upkeep of room and room utilities. 3. Most well designed guest room layout. Roomy and airy. well laid furniture. 4. Breakfast: Quite a spread. Food quality is good. In hotels its practically an upheal task to maintain/sustain food quality. Shows there is some serious management behind it.

Would have like pots of fruit yoghurt at breakfast There was a window in my room that was not properly sealed so could hear outside traffic a little (so wore earplugs to sleep) and this also probably made the AC work a bit harder A small bar buy the pool would have been nice (no alcohol of course)
