Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South Koreastaff showed me two rooms when I checked in. one smelled bad, the other didn't. in conclusion, in my opinion, you need to check it out. if you have any problems with your room, you should ask staff to change your room.
better than I thought. room is clean, it doesn't smell bad, breakfast is not bad, staffs are kind. no curfew, 24 hours reception.

Location is very central, check-in was very smooth, room was quite clean, no noise at all so i can sleep peacefully. The staff was so kind that they kept my luggage after i checked out. I did not make a mistake by choosing this hotel.

United StatesThe only negative thing about my experience here is that wished some of the staff were more honest and have a less “trying to take advantage of you” attitude . They told me a price for the taxi that would take me to the airport, and when the taxi arrived at the hotel at 3.30AM, they told me that it would cost me more to have AC in the taxi. I found that a bit ridiculous.
Although near a chaotic market, we could barely hear anything from the room. Very convenient location, close to a lot of stuff. The room was clean and as described, although the fan and the AC were a bit loud. The staff was courteous and professional, and they arranged a taxi for early in the morning to bring me to the airport.

Very nice people at reception and cleaners were nice people too. Room was tidy, layer of dust on everything, otherwise pretty clean. Typical Indian hostel "fresh/clean sheets". Place exceeded expectations for Paharganj. Better part of Paharganj, really close to markets and train station. Noisy, but every hostel in Delhi is noisy! Just bring earplugs for sleeping. 24/7 reception which is good because I checked out very early. Comfy beds.
