IndiaHousekeeping - Washroom amenities like shower gel; body lotion were not duly filled even once during my stay of 04 Nights and 05 days, on Day 01 the TV was not functioning... Room Flooring not cleaned properlyamd it was dirty. Because of rainy season, there was dew all over on room floor as there was no carpet in the rooms and my daughter slipped 3 times because of same while we were in the room. We couldn't let her get down from bed alone because of this issue.

United KingdomThe public areas need regular cleaning, the glass tables around the pool are never cleaned and the corridors and walkways to the bedrooms near to be thoroughly jet washed and then scrubbed with a machine. They have a policy of playing very loud music around the pool between 11am -7pm. This isn't appropriate when they have only a few guests there who want to read and relax. It shouldn't be night club level music. Service by the pool is lacking, you have to seek out the staff to be able to order food and drinks, also quite slow. I would stop the restaurant staff from using their phones to look at social media, it happens far too often. The brunch on Sunday is good but too many flies are buzzing around the outside cooking stations and the internal dessert station. I would suggest some citronella candles might help to deter them. The management team need to walk around and see what is happening, focus on the pool areas and F&B service.
Room, pool and breakfast are good. Housekeeping staff are very helpful but a little bit inefficient. Several days either bath, hand towels or bathrobes were forgotten. The courtesy coach to the beach was much appreciated. Buffet breakfast has excellent choice and the staff are very friendly.

IndiaMaybe it's because of it being off-season (end of August), there was no spa, the main pool was under renovation and there were hardly any people around. So I didn't stay at the property for too long and headed out.
It's a beautiful property. The staff was lovely. The room was great. The housekeeping was prompt. The view from the balcony was stunning. The cab services were easily booked by the concierge. It was very quiet and peaceful.

United StatesTwo big swim pools were under maintenance. Service was painfully slow-be it changing the keycard due to technical issues ( we had to stand outside for half hour in the sweltering heat with restless children), restaurant was slow to bring stuff over ( minimum 45 minutes for any order), the play area for kids didn’t have AC it was really hot, didn’t have many toys and entertainment for older kids, bathroom door was unhinged.
Liked the property. Lot of space and beautiful views.

The location and the shuttle service to the Candolim beach was very convenient for us. The hotel also helped us in booking the commute for our trips to nearby places in Goa which eased a lot of our planning headache.

Saudi ArabiaWe didn't like that the taxis were so expensive. I understand that it is not something the hotel can control but coming from Mumbai where taxis were so cheap it was prohibitively expensive to just get a taxi to go out for dinner. Minimum charge was 2500rupee which is crazy!
Breakfast was great. The chefs were very sweet and encouraging to try new things.
