Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

The air condition couldn't really be used as it needs servicing / cleaning. When we tried to switch it on the room got filled with an unpleasant smell and we decided to keep it off. As it was winter it wasn't needed too much and this might be in better shape during the summer months and regular use. The plumbing also needs some support as we had troubles with the toilet getting blocked up.

Hill River Resort is beautifully located with a lovely view of the hills. The spacious balcony was a great place to sit and soak it all in. The room was very nicely set up with comfortable ceiling light display and the best bed! The room was very spacious too. Great hot water and the service was very friendly and accommodative.

Excellent expreience. Family stay. Very delicious food. And staff also very nice. Rooms are clean and good. We stayed for one night. Restaurent expreience is superb. Its near to manlai. Easily you can go to different palaces in manali. Rooms are with all modern equipment. There is a/c with adjustable setting facility. It is family friendly stay.

Hotel is really very good on prime location just 10 minutes walking distance from mall road. Room are really very beautiful with balcony. If i am talking about room amenities than its up to mark. They there lawn area with facilities of child playing area like trampoline, see saw, riding hourse and much more. If i am talking about adults they separate area which has pool table, table tanis, caram, chess and much more. So its complete package fot families

They can do better at cleaning - in the shower the water flow behind the toilet, spreading stuff all over the bathroom. The daily cleaning ignored it.

Facilities are good, suitable for my needs. The place is a walking distance from town center

We are group of friends and we divided to stay at hotel hill river resort because we are looking for a hotel with good view but near Mall Road . This hotel complete our requirement and our stay is very good . They have a playing zone with pool table and other activities which was a great fun for us. Room are really very good with 🪑 sit out area in balcony. Highly recommended for groups

Hill river resort is one of the best resort in manali. I was stay there for 2 nights. My stay was amazing. Food was superb. And most is staff are very polite and helpful. Resort just 800 mtr from mall road .
