Communication was great problem. TV not functioning, no warm water but they say solar heater. Above all minimum 45mins to 1hr we have wait to get our ordered food. 8.26pm ordered, came 9.41pm. but charged me full amount for lesser amenities.

As the property is old and maintenance is required now. Basis modern facilities are required such following. 1. Electric kettle in room with tea coffee packets. 2. Food needs to be improved, so that room occupants can have better food options. 3. Once a week visit to Hotel management person to Highnest for regular feedback.

The Hotel is away from the city hustle & bustle. Cool and Quit. The rooms has got antique furniture and lamp shades adding to beauty of rooms.

everything - room was unclean, bathroom/toilet were smelly, the room smelled of stink and damp odour. Complimentary breakfast was of poor quality, the towels were unusable and overall I'd recommend no one to stay in this shithole.

Hotel is run like illegal, Enter gate is permanent lock, small back side entering. Maximum my work is for traveling, but thus is the worst experience of hotel in my life. I paid 2900 for one day but i think the hotel who have 1000 price that have more clean and good service provideby this... Washroom not clean . Dirty bucket, ashain paint cup is using in bathroom and its so dirty. Toilet, washbasin, bathroom tayels , tap is to dirty . Bedsheets is dirty & unclean when i ask then he changed with again dirty Bedsheets. When i ask the person who is in reception then he say we have like that types of room only. 3-4 Uneducated person who run the hotel. No one in reception.

The parts like taps and basin are cracked. They need to replace.. Yellow light in full room... One light should be of white colour. Food prices are higher side...

We had booked a room for 3 people. It was said that the room would have 1 twin sharing and 1 king size "bed". All we received was, wrought iron structures with old and shabby bedsheets, mattress and pillow covers. We were told parking is available. When we reached we saw parking is there only for 2 small hatchbacks. For other cars, you have to park in the road or in the empty space beside the property. The location of the property is also not ideal. Just opposite to the property all sorts of waste materials are dumped. This is not a three star hotel by any means.

Frankly speaking, other than breakfast (fruits, coffee, tea, dosa, idli, bread, omelette) there is nothing good at all about the place

- Behavior of the person in charge was very rude. - We had to literally call and ask the person in charge for every basic facility and he was very rude. - We were asked to pay extra amount over the booking amount upon reaching the hotel. - Rooms did not look like the ones shown in the pictures.
