The owner went out of his way to be hospitable. Dinner was far better than expected and though breakfast choices are limited, they are a la carte and well prepared, which I prefer far more than the usual buffets at other places.

Great Hotel! The building and the rooms are amazing, a very nice Rajasthani style, also they are as clean as in the pictures. I did not find a better deal so far in india. The staff is also great, they tend to your every need and are super friendly and helpful. Don't miss this place when going to Jaisalmer.

This Hotel has an amazing decor, an authentic Rajasthani interior with beautiful and colourful experience. The rooms and the entire hotel is very clean and hygienic. The rooms are pretty and we'll lit with clean washroom and all the amenities are provided in the room.the staff is very helpful and humble. It's a must visit if you come to Jaisalmer.

A fantastic hotel with a great location is Heritage House. The fort and market are about a walk away distance and the area is relatively calm. The accommodations are luxurious and immaculate. The rooftop provides a lovely sunset view, a relaxing area during the day, and a calm night for stargazing. The staff veryfriendly, smiling, and helpful faces. When I initially started travelling alone, I experienced a great sense of safety and welcome. Everyone there simply tries to make people feel comfortable, which is why I had nothing but positive thoughts about them. The kitchen is spotless and so delicious (they also use clean water for cooking). The chef cooker is highly professional for Indian and rajasthani meals. I ate laalmass mutton, which was quite excellent and enjoyable. Thanks a lot for hospitality. Rajesh

Feeling like My second Home Amazing Hospitality.

Heritage House is a wonderful hotel well located . The area is very quiet and just 10 min walking far from the fort and market . The rooms are very clean and luxurious. The rooftop offer a beautifull sunset view, a nice place to chill for day time, and a quiet night for looking at the stars. What can I say about the staff ? Helpfull nice and smily faces. I was first travelling by myself and I felt very welcome and very safe. I had just good feelings with everyone there, they just try to do the best for people feel comfortable. The kitchen is fresh ( they also use clean water for cooking ) and so good. The chef cooker is really professional for Indian and rajasthani food. You must try some differents rajhatani meals... very tasty ! Just feel like home with amazing people. Thanks a lot . Read less

We had a lovely time during our stay. Rooms were clean & quite large with an old world charm. The courtyard & corridors were well decorated haveli style. Food was very tasty & good quality wise. Room service was very prompt and best part of our stay was the hospitality we experienced. The owner Dil Khan went out of his way to help us out with whatever needs we had. Would highly recommend this property, we found the hospitality much better than any other hotel we had stayed yet.

All was good, only thing was we could not get the water hot, but it was warm so easy enough to shower.

We loved our stay at Hotel Heritage House. We arrived at short notice having left somewhere else due to having a terrible room. The staff welcomed us, with four lovely men helping to take our bags and paying for our tuktuk. We were offered complimentary tea and bottled water (suitable for Europeans) throughout our stay (the tea was delicious). The staff doted on us and we loved them! The room was big and clean, nicely decorated. We ate dinner at the hotel twice and it was lovely. Also the pancakes for breakfast were delicious! Also they let us rest in the foyer with blankets when we had a train at 3am and nowhere to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was probably the best stay we had in Rajasthan. They have the best hospitality and food in Jaisalmer. We loved the room décor and hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant setting was superb. It's definitely a must stay place in a budget price.

If you are looking for a good hotel, with awesome ambience, good food and well behaved hotel staff, then Heritage house in Jaisalmer is the place for you, here you will get awesome atmosphere, well decorated rooms with Rajasthani feelings, all the staffs here are very disciplined, they are always ready to make you feel special, during our stay, we also experienced the same , with a special mention of one of their staff named Daud Khan.
