In the rainy season you have to be careful how you get to the hotel because there is a huge puddle right in front of the entrance. Tip: take a taxi :-)

This made a very good base for visiting the Ellora caves. The room was completely fine, nothing fancy but met simple needs. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the dinner was good too. There is a very pleasant, comfortable bar.

There are no food for breakfast after 9.30 though it declared open until 10.00. The restaurant was closed by the day time but open in the night including late room-service. The movement indicator turns off the light in the bathroom after 5 seconds when you remain still. So you have to move constantly your hand or leg not to find yourself in the dark. The rest is not significant. All in all it's quite good.

Good European-style 3☆ hotel with a reasonable price and good restaurant ( when open), the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is tasty,AC works good. Recommended for a short stay .

The food list wherein the vegetarian items were less should be more, didn't expect veg and nonveg in the same dining hall as the dining hall is very small, another emrassing thing was Bar was attached to the dining hall. No one attended the incomers immediately after arrival, had to take the luggage ourselves found little bit uncomfortable as we are sr citizens.

It's a small thing, but every day they gave us only one bath towel and we had to call for a second one.

It exceeds expectations for the price one is paying. It felt like a four star experience when it comes to amenities and cleanliness. The hotel staff especially Gajanand were very helpful in helping me organise a very good taxi driver for a full day tour of Ellora and other sights.

A very minor thing - There were brief power cuts in the night, and it took a few minutes before the power back up switched on.

The hotel had all the amenities we needed during our stay. It was neat and clean, the service was good, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were polite, and helped us arrange for cabs to Ajanta and Ellora, and also suggested local places to visit.

Exceptional place to stay in Aurangabad. Staff was very helpful in getting us transportation to visit touristic locations around Aurangabad. The restaurant inside was very luxurious and had a great variety of dishes. the rooms are designed in a western-style layout. Washrooms were very clean.

Three things I didn't really like at all. 1) The first night I ordered a room service around 20:00 and around 22:30 they were calling to my room and ringing my door to pick the dishes up. Probably if it was happening earlier I would be glad, but NOT at that time especially if you are a solo travel woman 2) The bathroom floor, in the toilet area, floods when you use the shower through a hole that separates the areas, but in the toilet area there is no place for the water to go and it remains flooded 3) They wanted to charge me for a sheet that I had dirty, claiming that the stain had not come out when they did not even change it, they made my bed again with the same dirty clothes. I put some hand soap and water on the stain and it came out. They didn't even apologize

The hotel installations in general are really good and exactly as the pictures in the app.

The room was really good! It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well. I’m usually not a big fan of A/C:s in the night but this A/C was perfect. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
