Bathroom could have been bit big also, there was one window broken which could be fixed.

Host is super friendly and corporative. She helped is knowing good places to visit and planned our day as well. Breakfast was delicious. Property location is also approachable from most places and clean and secure area

Room: spacious and comfortable, clean, good aircon, bathroom was nice and clean with good water pressure in the shower which got hot straight away. Location: walking distance to nice restaurants, so location was good. Staff: really friendly and helpful, the woman who works there speaks perfect English and she helped us with our laundry which we really appreciated. Breakfast: continental breakfast was delicious!

The owner is the nicest person on the planet!!!! :) she is very kind, extremely helpful and takes care of everything. She knows everything about the city and she was always happy to help - a really wonderful person :) The place is very well located, within walking distance to main attractions. the house is in a quiet area. Spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. I would stay there again! :)

Great value for money. Pema was a great host - knowledgeable and really helpful. Breakfast was delicious. There was a kettle available. Not situated in tourist part of Fort Cochin but we loved and preferred the neighbourhood.

Pema was the kindest host and helped us with booking a train ticket from Cochin to Varkala, which was incredibly helpful. We were very tired when we arrived, but settled into our room at Fortis Rooms very well. It was comfortable and clean and we were provided with filtered water, which was accessible outside our room. We found our location was good and made walking into Cochin Fort easy and relatively quick. We loved the dynamic of the family run stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend anyone exploring Cochin to stay with this welcoming family who are put simply rather adorable. Thank you

Great place to stay in Kochi. It's a nice quiet neighbourhood and our room was big with good a/c. The breakfast was decent but only offered western style options.

All was very good.

Breakfast was very nice, and the host family was extraordinarily kind and accommodating, at all times. Location was very good, about 15 min walk from the Cochin Beach, and even easier to get there by tuk tuk. There is no restaurant in this accomodation, but there are plenty of options around.

On booking.com it was listed as having a garden/balcony and also a kitchen and it didn't have either that guests could use.
