We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe Switching system for the lights was wonderful but it should be more easily accessible considering complete dark room. The night lamp was not working / flickering.
The Location was the Best for visiting companies in Chakan and Chinchwad area. The hotel was friendly considering International Colleagues who joined me on the business trip. One observation we all had was the Breakfast, it could have been little bit of Euro-Indian touch instead of English Bfast items.

ItalyNothing major, but the AC didn't seem to follow my settings, it was basically on (very cold) or off. The reception area is pretty small and was often very busy and slow. It took me about 20 minutes to check out. As I said, nothing major, I will still come back here on my next trip.
Convenient hotel for my destination, good choice for breakfast, absolutely fine for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

IndiaOn booking.com, there is an option for this hotel showing early check in and late check out. I opted and booked for that. I was charged about 2200 INR extra for this facility. After I booked that I received a message saying (on-request late check out)! Just before two days of my arrival at hotel that I received a text as you will be charged 50% of room charge to stay till 6pm. My mind blew away. I contacted the property. They denied that no where on my brochure could they see for late check out time. I had to spend literally three hrs on call with Booking.com and hotel. I wanted to close this issue and it was agreed to pay still more extra about 1400INR. My point is if this is the case, then they shouldn’t have such an option. I anyhow ended up paying 50% additional of a day charge for late checkout( for 6hrs).
