There are no mountain facing rooms. You can see the Himalayas only from the Dining room balcony.

it’s an effort to reach the property and even though the hotel provides a shuttle it goes only till paid parking lot from where there is another 200 metres walk ( on poorly constructed road with constant flows of cars) to reach library chowk . ideally the shuttle should drop and pick up from library chowk

Breakfast was a good spread of Indian and some continental. The views from the breakfast dinning area was spectacluar of the hills and mountain range at a distance. The location was a distance from the road givig it a quiet location with a view. This was made easy due to the pickup and drop to a convenient point on a phone call. The facilities provided for the guests were for all ages as tabletennis, pool table and many more. The support staff at the play centre were cooperative and played and guided the guests esp. Kavita, Pankaj and Ria. Comfortable stay...

Worst front office staff I have ever seen. Customer is waiting they are busy on calls .. Really dissatisfied n disappointed with their behaviour nor they pick calls … I will give them -1 from 10

Location, hospitality, comfort, luxury, good food everything was on point. You can’t complain about any single thing with this property. The staff were super nice and courteous. The prices were on the higher side but this property offers true value for money.

Didn't offer a room high enough. usual view from the room (paid 1000 extra though). bathroom cleanliness is an issue - it is not wow! clean!. When they came to know we are travelling to celebrate our anniversary, they offered a cake and option to book a dinner with a live singer. We didn't book it, though later they called to say that the signer wouldn't arrive. Unfortunately, the cake didn't arrive either! :(

good service in general,. Breakfast, view from the restaurant. Pick/drop service to a paid parking 200m from Library chowk. Though they should consider extending last pick up time beyond 9:30 pm (11 pm??).

There was no spa , swimming pool and only 1 restaurant for dining . I hope the expand soon and provide all the facilities .

The rooms were indeed spacious and comfortable, and the food was exceptionally tasty. The service provided by the hotel staff was good, and they were always polite and courteous.

The location is not great. The drive to the lobby is on a very narrow road where two vehicles cannot pass. Some generator noise was disturbing.

During breakfast time, boys remains so busy so busy that they forget to deliver the promised tea or coffee... It is utterly disgusting... Else everything nice.. Also, the approach road to hotel is just horrible... It is not mandatory that every border will have the capacity to keep or call a car on each occasion... Pl bear it in mind. Thirdly, no TRAVEL DESK! A star hotel has no travel desk??? What a peculiar situation!!!! Noone expert to guide???? Mussorie is a Tourist place and it's economy dependent on it... The hotel authority just ignoring that aspect... God sped.
