Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaA bit elaborated buffet can help... also make it more lunch/dinner inclusive deals so that guests stay majority of the time inside the property... A nice regional welcome folk song and dance will help attract guests and leave a good feeling for the guest welcome
The property location is really great. The upkeep of standard garden rooms need to be LOOKED at seriously. there is a seepage smell like rainy season in those rooms 115 & 116 to be precise

IndiaAmazing location, very courteous staff who went out of their way multiple times. We went with two kids (9 and 3) and were so well cared for. We took the riverfront room and mornings were blissful! At the reception Aman, Naveen and at the restaurant Naresh, Sushil etc. were all so helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was amazing and did such an amazing job!

IndiaProperty is getting old and needs refurbishing. The children play area needs updating. Staff can keep us updated (in advance and when we get there) about jungle safari and nearby attractions.
Loved the river facing room. Food was really good. Property is excellent and easily accessible. The property is in the middle of the most desirable location in JC. Staff are friendly and helpful - Bhavesh helped us around during bark, lunch and dinner. Nothing to complain about.
