Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur room door opened right on to reception, which was a bit uncomfortable. We could hear the staff taking from our room even with the door shut. The staff weren't very friendly, except for the lift operator, he was nice. It's okay for a night or two, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. Odd false roof in the bathroom that was missing panels.
It was a room to stay in that was central location for us. We liked where it was. The beds were okay, the room was relatively clean, but small. Bathroom was okay.

GermanyFor 2 persons plus a small child and/or when travelling with lots of luggage, you should definitely go for the bigger room with 3 regular beds, since it´s more spacious. It‘s not that much more expensive and absolutely worth it (we booked an upgrade after one day - thanks again for the support).
Great location, right next to Leopolds and you can easily go to the Gateway of India by foot. Room service was good, rooms are clean, AC in the room and shower with hot water worked both nicely. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful - highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to the whole team!

IndiaHorrible. They don't allow unmarried couples (even ones who have come from outside of Mumbai) but it's not written anywhere when you book. When you go to check in they pester you with a 100 questions and don't let you check in if you're unmarried. A clear case of misrepresentation to earn money. I'm definitely going to sue them.

IndiaThe rooms are small, at this cost one would expect a decent big enough room to stay ,there is no restaurant of this hotel, but they can arrange food for you , but it will be best of you can just step down and eat at a restaurant as the are many options
A very convenient place near to all the shopping locations in colaba, easy to get cabs as it's in the main road itself, as soon as you get down the hotel you are in the market, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they kept our luggage safe after checkout until our flight time, the rooms are compact and clean, enough for a brief stay in colaba, gateway of India is right behind and so is the Taj hotel
