Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What is most commendable is that numerous requests were all but acceded. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable. There was a maid that helped to serve us. She was very friendly, helpful & polite. Most city tour points are close by. Good for leisure or business travelers on a budget. Overall, this is great, and we would definitely stay here again.

IndiaThe kitchen needs a deep cleaning. It is ok, but there are some unwanted things in kichen such as Open spices, salt packets etc. That should be removed. Either keep it closed and clean or throw it away.

United StatesIt was home away from home. We traveled to Hyderabad from SFO in June 2023, Very comfortable stay for 4 of us (2 kids and 2 adults). Jubilee hills has best location and considered one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city. This house had all the amenities for making our long stay (3 weeks) a pleasant one, kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking quick breakfast/meal. There is wifi available with a good speed for folks who want to work, Bedding and mattress were super comfortable, Bathroom was clean and western style, Hot water for showers was always available (there is switch for the geyser), A/C and fans in both living room and bedroom, maid was available for household work (mopped the floor, cleaned the bathroom, helped with cleaning kitchen dishes every morning), there is washing machine which we used for laundry. Zomato delivered meals and Zepto delivered groceries, The hosts were always on top of things making sure our stay was a comfortable one. Try the Minerva's breakfast and Simply South for lunch/dinner, they have amazing food. If you are like me, you will fall in love with buffalo milk Tea and yogurt which are not found here in the US. We enjoyed our stay here and will come back for sure when we travel to Hyderabad in the future.
