Deepa Rai is an exceptional manager who helped me with anything I needed - all the way from ordering cab to getting my food order , to ensuring I was very comfortable. The staff and managers are simply incredible and are ready to help and support at a drop of a hat.

Buffet of breakfast was great. The executive lounge was exceeding expectations, with great view, a great service of the drinks. Food was prepared excellent, no bad things at all

the massage, water of swimmingpool was too cold and the first bed was not comfortable

It was for us definitely worth the money. the staff made us feel very comfortable. I complained about the bed, which was immediately replaced. Then the massage was not relaxing as there was renovation work going on, and it was solved by not charging me for the massage. After this we were treated in a very good way to make sure we were feeling super welcome in the hotel. Also we could check out later which helped us a lot! Thank you a lot for solving the issues this way! We enjoyed it!

The breakfast was good but lacked certain things :( Some dishes were little soggy. Although it was a buffet system people did not seve that was ordered. There were flies too here and there

Not many things for children to get engaged. Park/slides is missing. Perhaps it was not meant to be...expecting a garden in middle of city where space is premium is not correct. At least in swimming pool, a slide would have made things more exciting.

Children enjoyed swimming pool, table tennis, snooker, micro mini golf. And food was very tasty. Room and wifi are top notch.

I called a couple of times for some queries on the landline number 080 4943 5000 and the staff was very rude and unprofessional.Please ensure that they are more polite in their conversations with the guest as i had a very poor impression about this hotel until i met the front desk staff who were very cordial

Tv kept shutting off. Staff appeared to have no breaks. Same staff appeared at breakfast , dinner and next day’s breakfast. Hotel aspiring to be of international service standards should also treat their staff with same standards.

Good breakfast- combination of English, North Indian, South Indian breakfast. Hotel staff are very hard working.

the BAR closes at 10.30 pm hence it is not possible for guests returning late night to have a drink and wind down or catch up with others which is very unfortunate. even the room service was not willing to serve liquor including beers at this time of the night and the mini-bar was also empty.

the breakfast was very good with a good mix of continental and asian cuisine. the food was tasty and hot with very good live cooking stations. the staff was very helpful through out the stay and were both welcoming and engaging. The room was very comfortable and clean with good space as well. the bed pillows were excellent since there was a choice between a firm and soft pillows.

Normally 5 star hotels take a note of special occasion and arrange a surprise for guests. It was not done. Our recent experience with Taj made an awesome experience in this regard.

The staffs are cordial and well behaved. We had a special request. Amit tried his best to fulfill the request. Thank you!
