The property is pretty close to the Morjim beach. The lone staff Subhash was quite a friendly and helpful.

Orange Villa is in a great location. Only a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants but tucked away in a very peaceful spot. A great nights sleep with no noise. Subhash was a very pleasant host and was happy to give the rickshaw driver directions over the phone.

The property is the middle of Morjim jungle with poor road and signage! But a unique property!

Bad WiFi. Dark and isolated road to walk there at night. Small room. Light bulb burnt out.

If you are traveller that expect the staff to go extra mile, you will be sorely disappointed. It also needs better signage as it was difficult to find the property initially.

The location was great. Walking distance to Morjim beach. Hotel is amid a lot of greenery. Clean property and rooms. Extra chill out area was also great. Owner was also helpful.

No in-door restaurant , not a convenient access to main road , it's in the forest so mosquitoes & frogs seen 😑 no daily cleaning , no TV.

Staff is really helpful , subhash helped us bringing food or any required help . This property in the woods ! (Not everybody gonna like it) & thank God we out for all day !

For a first timer the location might seem a little confusing as the map navigates well till the taxi stand and after that it kinda misleads. But no worries there, just call Mr. Mani and he'll guide you the rest.

The location of this property is so serene and tranquil. If you're someone who wants to spend a peaceful time and this is the perfect place. Pretty houses and green surroundings. Morjim beach is also pretty nearby. Our host Mr. Mani and Mr. Subhash were very friendly person and it was nice interacting with them. They made sure of our comfortable stay. A few amenities which were helpful are the drinking water cans, washing machine and kitchen. I'd highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is in a very beautiful and peaceful place, full of plants and very nice spaces to chill. The room was good, what I expected for the price that I payed. The location is also very good, near to beach, but away from the rush and noise. Really liked the place and the staff! They were very helpful and flexible with all my requirements. Thanks a lot!!

As I had said that when asking for help the service is prompt and we only needed to call them once as the shower knob was electrified. But no damage done and an electrician was called and everything was repaired in no time!

The whole vibe was so peaceful and welcoming. I really loved the way it's built so that it's easier to interact with other people staying there. Also, a big shoutout to Mani and Subhash bhaiya! They were really really helpful and would always be there for our needs without skipping a beat. The beach was like 7-8 minutes by walking, because who walks fast in Goa ;-). Most restuarants all around Morjim are fairly priced and the one who's menu i found at the Villa was one of them! I'm not much of a hardcore party person so morjim was like paradise to me, even though you can party there if you want (which we did) !

The road that leads towards the property from main road gets little confusing for those visiting for the first time.

If you are looking for a peaceful environment then this location is perfect. Beach is just 10 min walk away and all party places are also accessible if you have a bike. Sometimes, Mani got us homemade meals, cooked by his mom, which made us feel at home. If you like bird watching, then a few kinds can be seen in the backyard of this property. You might not get good speed mobile network here but they do provide wifi which is good enough for work (and if at all the speed gets down, Mani does everything in his power to get it back).

The Only thing, and I didn't even raise this with the management because it was such a small issue in comparison to everything else, was that the mini fridge (yes, they provided one :)) wasn't at optimal.

Nestled in a quiet corner of Morjim, the fact that you wake up and go to sleep listening to the wilderness around was the best part. Very private, simple yet really nice amenities and complete privacy makes this a great spot to stay at.

A beautiful place in a peaceful area! Comfortable rooms and beds, good shower, 5-10 minute walk to the beach and to all the best bars and restaurants. I absolutely loved it. Subhash was really kind and helpful too!
