Initially we got the room on 1st floor which we did not want, but they did change it to 3rd floor after we requested. The room was very spacious. Bed, AC, Linen everything was very good. In fact the lightings in the room and washroom is really well done.

So the Breakfast which we ordered in the room was really good. Quantity and quality both were good. Room was spacious. However, there is no view from the room as such. Hotel is situated in a good location. Staff is very helpful and prompt. We did stay for a night. However it is a good hotel for long stays as well. Value for money!

- We were informed that the breakfast would start at 7:30 am. But frequently the breakfast service wasnt ready even by 8:00 am. This did become an issue on our departure day, as we had to leave for the airport without breakfast because the breakfast service was not ready in time. - There were no door hangers asking for room cleaning. However there was an electronic Clean My Room token button. However the rooms were never cleaned even if we left this button on. We had to ask multiple times at the reception to have our rooms cleaned. - Small annoyances such as doors and drawers being either too tight or improperly fitted, and the shower fittings being loose indicates that the rooms havent been properly maintained. - We have stayed here previously, and it was an easy 9.0 experience both times, so we were looking forward to staying here, but the management has slackened on things like cleaning and maintenance. Solid 7.0 which could have been so much better with a little more effort on the part of the hotel management.

- The location is great as its very close to the airport, and is within easy walking distance of KIMS Hospital. The hotel building is set back from the road with parking up front, so there is very little noise from the road traffic, so the rooms are very quiet and pleasant. - The staff were very polite and friendly, greeting us whenever we saw them. - The suites were spacious and the beds were comfortable. - The breakfast service was decent with a good spread.

Very noisy air conditioning unit. Breakfast options were poor quality and very limited. Not the same standard as the evening meals, which was disappointing. I was very surprised when I was informed that I would be charged for a small amount of fresh milk to make tea in the room.

Spacious room. It's all a bit shabby but clean. Dinner in the upstairs restaurant was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet location. Nice hot shower.
