Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI had to sign a food form on bringing outside food. I was told in reception that it was after the pandemic. Now that pandemic restrictions have been mostly lifted, they can reconsider.
Staff behaviour was excellent. The food at Nook was great both in variety of options and quality, taste. I have been here multiple times and both the stay was worth remembering.

EgyptThe reception wasn't notified about my 24 hours check-in time although I sent my estimated arrival time and I received a confirmation mail from the hotel via booking In the first and second day there was a sound of construction work or fixing in a floor nearby that took like 4 to 5 hours but luckily in midday In the Last night there was noise coming from the elevator while moving which was reflected clearly in the room

IndiaI suggest in room service food menu to be included more varieties especially Indian snacks type recipand available for 24 hours since I guess most of the clients are from corporate/business who may work around the clock to match with multinational timings.
Location is fantastic for the business park guests. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel provides combo food menu in room service which is a nice option that we can't find in some other five star hotels. Funky style design of the hotel is helping to set the mood relaxing from office environment who returns from business park.
