They are not changing the bed sheet, the washroom is sticking, the cleanliness, is not there, even the food is not ok. It is good for a bachelor. For family please avoid it.

Bathroom lighting was not working in the morning till 10 am. Bonfire charges shouldn’t be taken instead option must be included in the facilities prior to booking.

Like karne Layak kuch nhi hai usme , they showed us wrong pictures of rooms , it was a scam, no restaurant means each and everything was very very bad..isse achcha to Dharamshala mei stay kr lo but not here, worst of the worst hotel I have ever stayed, the manager even said that hum toh maam ese he hai complaint Karni Hai toh jaha se book kari hai vahi kardo.Rooms are full of dirt , no kettle,the TV is not working , they even give us the wet towels. Overall. It was a scam. I want my refund ...I am requesting all tourist pls pls don't book room here

The toilet was good but the cistern was leaking and every time one would have to turn the valve off or else the bathroom would be flooded. They did offer to change the room but that would have been another hassle. The room should not have been allotted. Transportation was another problem without a car. The property is not properly maintained.

The location was fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle of nainital city centre. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

Property is not clean. They don't maintain it well. Use bath towels to put on floors. Wooden floor was not clean and was broken. The plates and bowls used were old and were old looked uncleaned. They have only one bathroom in apartment which is not convenient for family stay.

The view from the room was breath taking ..Very serene and calm mornings. The rooms were big and quite spacious for a family of four ~ 2 teen kids. The place is approximate 10kms from Nainital, but good place to stay vs. crowded Nainital city.

This hotel is one of the best examples of value for money. I had an incredibly comfortable stay for 1 nights. Despite being filled to capacity, the management and staff were courteous and extremely efficient in looking after our needs.

Very disappointed with the stay. It was unclean, unhygienic and smelling of sewage in the apartment. The person attending the property cared only about getting the payment from the moment we stepped our foot in. He acted strange and rude. As a group of 5 girls, we felt a bit unsafe in his presence. In his text message he sent me a middle finger (which I'm not sure was intentional or what). It was evident the apartment had not been cleaned in a long time. 1. Smelled like an open sewage on the lower level. The man sprayed some air freshener but it did not help. 2. Bathroom pictures advertised are not of the same bathroom. Felt deceived because our bathroom was not well maintained at all. Did not look remotely like the one in the photos here. Things were falling apart and breaking and it was quite unclean. 3. Sheets were not fresh upstairs and were so dirty with black dirt marks all over it that we had to use our own blankets. 4. Spiders were crawling all over the place. 5. Lacked even simple things like bedside tables. 6. One of the heaters provided to us did not work 7. The distance from Nainital advertised was 2kms when it's actually 12kms!! I am writing a review for this place after more than two weeks because I visited India from overseas and I have just come back and found the time to do this.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We booked lakeside view room and it had an amazingly beautiful view. A complete dream room. The room service was good. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

There was an issue with the water in the bathroom.

I liked the room and the staff were prompt and excellent. It's great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Nainital Mall Road.

I didn’t find anything to dislike about it.

The view from the property is very beautiful and serene. It is situated just by the lake which is very hard to find, gives you a feel of a private lake which is very calm and comforting.
