We had a wonderful time at Aleena’s Homestay! The room was comfortable with wifi, AC, ceiling fan, and a beautiful bathroom. Excellent walkable location to the center of Fort Kochi. Most of all, enjoyed the family’s kind hospitality and amazing cooking! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect.

Super clean, perfect location (you can reach everything by walk, both shopping or sightseeing places), the family who will host you is super kind, nice and helpful. Perfect if you travel alone, you will feel like home. I stayed one night only but I wish I could stay more!! The room is spacious and light, the AC works perfectly, the balcony is very nice and the bathroom is new with hot water.

It was very hot during day and night, and the AC was not included in the price. We needed to pay half the price of the room for using it for one day

Really enjoyed staying here. Super lovely and hospitable family. Really nice location walking distance to main Fort Kochi sights but not too close to the mega tourists. Quiet neighbourhood feel. Winnie’s a super cook too. RECOMMEND!!!

The home stay is within a walk of all the main attractions in Fort Kochi, and you can also walk to Mantancherry which was great. We also had our best food in Kochi at the home stay - Winnie is a great cook and it was lovely having home cooked breakfast and dinner at the property.

The hosts are quite friendly and helpful. They suggested a few things to do around, and answered our curious questions on all else we wanted to do, eg. visiting Kumbalangi and going out for Christmas. They also helped us in hiring a bike for two days.

What makes this place so special is Winny! She gave us great recommendations, was really helpful in finding out information for us and could never do enough to make sure we had a wonderful stay. It's in a fantastic location, super accessible to everywhere. Would recommend opting in for the breakfast!

The water in the washroom was wonky, the water was too hot and the controls didn't work well. Finding the place on google maps was tough, map routes were wrong. You want to follow the car route and not the walking route.

The room and bathroom was clean and not too small. We got tea in the morning. It was a comfortable stay. Hosts were helpful and no nonsense.

Everything about the stay was good. But about the weather: March is probably not the best time to travel to Kochi. Extremely hot, humid and sunny making sightseeing very uncomfortable.

Lovely family who did everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Delicious homemade food, chai and coffee too! Everything was wonderful.

I signed up for a cooking class and a spice shop tour. I was treated very kindly and was able to eat delicious breakfast and dinner. We appreciate your prompt response to our request so that we can enjoy our stay. The facility is spacious and the shower and toilet facilities are clean.

Winny and the family were warm, welcoming and incredibly accommodating of our needs. Winny is a fantastic chef, the food we ate at the homestay was the best food we had in all of Fort Kochi. If you're looking to explore Kerala cuisine, especially meat, she's going to take good care of you. We loved not needing to worry about breakfast and dinner, knowing that we can start and end the day with a very satisfied belly. There was help with getting a bike on rent, and the room was clean and comfortable.

can’t really fault this place - really nice big room with good AC (essential!!) and nice private balcony area (only AC room). good location in a quiet neighbourhood 10 min walk from the main bit of fort kochi. breakfast was nice. lovely hot water in the bathroom. nice family running this place.

The homestay is well located for visiting the main sights in Fort Kochi and within walking distance of many restaurants. Winny also cooked us an amazing Keralan breakfast. Aleenas homestay is well located at a quite street and just a walk away from the main attractions at Fort Kochi. We enjoyed our sparkling clean room with a lovely balcony to relax. Winny and her family are just gorgeous! They helped us out with everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and try Winnys tasty breakfast!
