“We were a big family group that had travelled to Srinagar and stayed in Hotel Green rooms for 4N5D. The location, ambience, rooms, amenities and food are top notch. The staff at very helpful. Special mention of Umar from housekeeping who took all the trouble to courier me back the jacket I had left back in the room after check out. When I called Green Rooms to enquire about the jacket I had left behind I wasn’t very hopeful that after 2 days (I was back in Odisha) they could help, but Umar not only sent it back safely but also called and checked if I have received it or not.
