The bathroom didnt have a proper door for the water splashing everywhere it made the floor messy and had to use our towels to dry

A gem of a place with a good breeze from the Mediterranean Sea…..would stay longer if I could…..certainly recommend to others.

We have no complain except for one of the elevators was a bit scary but we got used to it.

We very much liked Liad in the reception,he made all the efforts to make us comfortable. He changed our room because one of the AC units wasn't working in the first room so he immediately gave us a better room at no extra cost, keep it up Liad.

The sheets were stained and pieces of hair around was like as if the room wasn’t clean and was so late at night that we had to change everything because no other rooms were available..

The music from the pool area was SOOOO loud! I complained and they said they would turn it down but this really bothered me to sleep on Shabbat midday. The music was on from 10 am to 6 pm. Bring earplugs.

Inside the hotel everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was ample. Staff were friendly. The location was amazing. ON the beach. ON the boardwalk. Although it was a 1/2 hour walk from the hotel to the center and main street but we were ok with this. If you want to be smack in the middle of things, this isn't the hotel for you. We wanted to "get away from it all" so we were ok with the center being a little of a stretch to get to. And we could always drive there if we wanted.

Booking collects the vat clearly showed hotel they collected again having to pay 34 percent ..... :( Hotel needs to honour booking collecting the vat it was in writing on the receipt!

One small drawback was the music at the pool being too loud and intense, making it a bit hard to relax.

The breakfast was exceptional with everything anyone could need in the morning! Next to the beach with a beautiful view. I got a upgrade for free at check in. I take the opportunity to say a big thank to Liod for his help and for trying to make the stay pleasant as possible!

The room decor could do with a bit of updating.

The sea view and the location were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, the facilities were great and the staff were really nice and helpful.I also liked the decor in the reception area.The breakfasts were also good.

it is located on the northern end of Nahariya. Not near center. this is both good and bad depending on what you want . room furnishings are pretty spartan but adequate.

Loved it

The hotel is situated right on the beautiful quiet beach, the rooms have a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. The hotel is in a quiet area, only a short drive away from the city with its cafes, restaurants etc. We took the delux suites which are very spacious and comfortable, great beds. The staff is very kind and helpful and the service is great. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The lobby is elegant with artistic design. We had a great time at the hotel, we definitely recommend it!
