I want to complain, that after we paid for the stay, they took a 100 ILS extra from the card!!!😳😳😳😳

The shower needs railings,the shower floor is very slippery. Needs bathroom mats when you leave the shower. I find that these items need special attention.!!!

the missing curtain

the room was very spacious, it was clean and neat, the bathroom was nice to use - big enough and all needed accessories were there even a tooth brash and a toothpaste. The location was great, and it seems like they had noise proof windows. one disadvantage was that they didn't put a curtain on one of the windows, so we woke up early. hopefully price stay the same - we will come visit again.

Quite noisy and the bed was not comfortable (may be a personal preference). The staff was cordial, but not very eager to help. No chance to find parking in the area.

Would have been nice to have some kind of filtered water, either in the room, or at the entrance, and the mattresses were old not/comfortable. However, when we told the concierge, he apologized, and told us that he would go up and check himself, as well as pass the complaint to the owner.

The location was great, the room was visually appealing, and was well stocked with a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, tea coffee, closet, safe, table/chair, armchair, soaps, towels and tissue paper. The A/C was on when we entered, as was the ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the hot water was boiling! Staff was very helpful - both when we got locked out of the hotel at 10:30 pm (our fault, forgot the code) and when we had a complaint as we were leaving. They also allowed us to pay cash upon our arrival, using our cc info as a deposit.

Definitely not that soundproof but just ok. AC remote wasn't working properly. Instead of 1 big bed we got 2 combined ones that would separate from one another quite often. No toaster-oven.

Good value for money. Nice and fair counter people. Great location and overall a great experience. Would recommend for mid-budget travellers. The room was pretty nice looking and large. Fridge and microwave, nice kitchenette. Cute gesture from the crew when you enter your room.

The hotel was in an excellent location right in the heart of the shopping district, very close to all transport. The room was cosy and comfortable. It was very quiet even though in a central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

That toilet in room 63 has to be changed. It's an eyesore and is not acceptable in a good hotel. The handle on the door was broken. The channels 12 and 13 on the TV did not work and the hotel was aware of it. The refrigerator door was flaking at the bottom. Fix these things and you've got a great hotel.

The whole room looked good. The bed was comfortable and large.

1) The TV /computer room is no longer available as it was originally. It is now used for hotel laundry. 2) From the time I checked out until I left, my luggage was not stored in a secure location, as promised. 3) The price is now as high as city center hotels that include breakfast. 4) TV channels did not have basic news programs in English. (FOX, CNN, BBC, etc.) 5) Website info about elevator is contradictory. (I had an Israeli verify that there was a working elevator.) 6) The lights near the bed didn't all work (either the light itself, or the bulb.

The location.. The friendliness of the staff. The booking site paid for my taxi from the airport to the hotel. (but this is no longer offered!)

The list of amenities said the economy studio had a dining area, but it was really just a small table with only one chair, which made eating a little challenging!

We believe theirs need to have women cleaning the rooms. Whit all do respect to the men working their, they are good people they try hard, but you can tell a women hands need to be there.

Cleaning needs to improve, for example never swap the floor, is a good and awesome place to stay in, but they can and should improve other details “towels need more in the bathroom” also shower towels was need it. Everything else is awesome personal is very attentive. If i may add to this, I believe theirs need to be a “women crew” for house keeping members. They need them.

It's on a busy street so sitting on balcony or leaving windows open is super noisy. Room had an odd odor.

It was super nice that the staff management surprised us with an upgraded room when we checked in. Location. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Price was reasonable.
