Location was beautiful as was the guest house itself and there were so many unexpected extra’s and little touches added that really exceeded our expectations during our stay. Highly recommended 😊

There was a little dog that we couldn’t bring back with us! 🥲 Jokes aside, the stay was great, couldn’t not ask for better!

Lots of privacy in a guest house, hosts were a pleasure to communicate to prior and after the stay, the bathroom had all amenities needed, and Jac and Colm provided some pastries for breakfast.

Everything about the place was perfect! The room was great, the shared area was perfect and she even provided fruit, rolls,etc. And the location is beautiful. Our favorite spot on our trip to Ireland!

Lovely hosts - thought about the little things to make the stay very comfortable. Location was excellent- off the main road and so close to the shore. Nice view from room 2. Large airy, very clean room. Shared kitchen/sitting room very comfortable and also had outdoor seating. Could be tricky if 3 couples needed to cook at a similar time but this wasn't an issue for us and we were able to cook a simple evening meal and enjoy the views. Small Tesco round the corner to purchase supplies. Continental breakfast provided was a bonus.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. It suited our needs perfectly.

The property is beautiful. The side courtyard is a lovely spot to sit and relax before or after adventures. The water pressure in the shower is INCREDIBLE! I said to my husband “That’s the stuff dreams are made of.” Back in the USA a lot of properties have weak pressure and it’s annoying but NOT HERE!

It's self catering but there's a Tesco right at the end of the road. The owner was SO nice and we chatted for nearly an hour before we left! Also she leaves out stuff for a light breakfast every morning.

The property was like renting out a single room airbnb. You had access to a kitchen and living area but basically on your own. It was quiet, and clean. The host were kind but we didn’t see too much of them as we were out and about a lot. Perfect location for visiting Galway, Canamara, and Aran Islands. Also the views of the ocean and the cute walk down to the shore was a nice benefit.

The hosts were lovely and very accommodating! We were able to go about what we wanted to do in the city and felt very welcomed in the home. There was a very nice guidebook in the room outlining local activities, sights to see, restaurants to go to and more! There was also ear plugs and eye masks left out for use, which although we didn’t use ourselves we felt was a very nice touch! The room had every single amenity listed here and is the perfect place to stay to be able to see the Gaeltacht areas of Galway as well as being within driving distance of Eyres Square and the city centre (not to mention there’s also a bus stop right across the road from the property that brings you to and from the city centre very conveniently for anyone who’s not anticipating on driving).

Host Jacqueline was very kind and friendly. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after, but also respected my privacy. The house was warm and cosy. The walk down the lane to the coast was stunning. I went there for peace, quiet and reflection - I got all of those in spades

The location is a bit difficult without a car but there is a reliable bus service just around the corner .

Jacqueline was so welcoming and wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean and had even little extras like slippers and ear plugs that made the stay extra special. The shared area was perfect and very good for a short stay. Would highly recommend!!

The house is amazing and has everything you need for a good stay, with a good and comfortable bedroom. The kitchen space is great and the host provides an excellent breakfast.

Jax and Colm have really gone an extra 10 miles in what they dish up at this super comfortable and friendly “home away from home “. Everything is superlative from the furnishings, space and facilities to their personal service - much more than what is promised in their advertisements.

The bathroom shower has wonderful pressure but there is no lip on the shower floor to keep the water from flowing out to the floor. We had to use several towels after every shower to clean up the overflow.

The location was perfect for us. Far enough from the city of Galway but close to a little village and a lovely walk to the ocean. Jac is a fun and energetic host! Our favorite area was the common room / kitchen. Appreciated the way she set everything up for guests to have their own shelf in the fridge and pantry. Really a great place and Pup-pup is a sweet little dog.
