Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Centrally located for travelling around Tralee. Apartments had plenty of room, great facilities and was clean. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Lovely pub around the corner (Roundys) open Thursday to Sunday.

Kitchen facilities were great, although there was no dishwasher and the clothes washer was in a common area outside of the apartment.

IrelandAlthough the area was quiet the building was very noisy, especially at night time you can hear people clearly in other apartments and doors closing. The apartment itself was 100% clean, however it was quite an old building so doors were quite noisy when opening or closing you could hear everything from outside and walls were very thin. Tv didn’t work when we arrived however Florence did rectify that problem for us.
Location was ideal. Apartment was clean. Ample parking available. Florence who worked on reception was so friendly, really helpful and approachable as well as very informative of things to do in the area. Each bedroom had an ensuite.

On arrival I was a little shocked at the shabbiness of the accomodation. Once settled though I could see that everything that needed to be clean was absolutely spotless, with all the neccissities provided. Excellent location with the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever come across.

IrelandThe decor / maintenance in the building stairwell and apartment where we stayed is definitely in need of some TLC. Something which would be easily addressed with some minor renovations and a coat of paint.
Excellent location, only a few hundred metres from the town centre with everything needed ( shops, restaurants, take-away, pubs, etc. ) within walking distance. All the staff in the reception office were extremely friendly and welcoming, a joy to deal with. Anytime we had a question or needed some help there was never a problem helping us out.

Location was brilliant. Apartment was comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, Magda is absolutely wonderful always giving so much, an Angel on our holiday. No problem with parking and access code was perfect. Thanks to all we had a great stay and look forward to returning again.

IrelandThe TV in the apartment didn't work. It came on but kept cutting in and out. We only wanted to use it in the evenings. We were unfortunate to have guests next door to us partying 2 out of our 3 nights stay till 1 or 2 in the morning my eldest daughter had trouble sleeping because of it.
Great Central location. It was clean. Good value. We used it as a base to tour around. 40mins from dingle. 30mins from killarney. Banna strand gorgeous beach only 15mins away. Good WiFi service. Staff were friendly on arrival. They had towels in every room. Every room had ensuite. All self catering kitchen. Which also had complimentary tea/coffee and milk in fridge.
