We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe food was delicious the pizza expecially. . The hotel is fabulous and the staff are friendly and lovely. Rooms are very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely to see dog's as fellow guests enjoying there own mini breaks. Location is quiet but very convenient to pop in and out of the city or just take a stroll to the shop or nearby pier. The Bakery is also fantastic and the coffee is excellent.

United States of AmericaI was disappointed to learn that The Twelve Hotel in Galway is the only one in the world, otherwise we would stay at their other locations too if we could!
My wife and I travel a fair amount and this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! The room was very large (not usual in Europe), very clean and well appointed. The hotel has a very fun bar and the food there is excellent too. We ate there for lunch and dinner and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast provided each day was unbelievable. They had a large continental food section, but also numerous hot items you could order from the kitchen. The room plus breakfast was an outstanding value. We highly recommend you pick The Twelve Hotel, you will not be disappointed!

IrelandWe would like to have been able to book the Bar Restaurant in advance. We were waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes for a table. It was only 5 to 10 minutes the first evening. We were very happy with the staff and the food. In particular the menu changed the second evening - fish was replace by bacon. I like both. The natural lighting was a little dark, but the artificial lighting compensated well. Maybe the dark timber surrounding could be made lighter. ;-) The West Restaurant did not appeal much to us.
Breakfast was first class - as good as more expensive hotels. The staff was very attentive , and attended to the inevitable glitches promptly and effectively.
