The room could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs on the lights and floor felt gritty. There was an old spill or coffee stain on floor by one of the beds.

Price and location great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the pub 4 star! Delicious! Room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though it was behind the pub.

No chairs, table, desk, hangers or any other piece of furniture in room except of the beds. It was sweaty hot, radiator in bathroom was burning hot with no obvious way to turn it off.

Room was well maintained and large. Comfortable bed. Decent food at the pub and the live band on Saturday night was a bonus. We enjoyed a lot.

The bed was a bit wonky and the bed head rattled with any movement. My partner burnt his toast and unfortunately set off the fire alarm, which we were unable to turn off. Luckily the local police were helpful and eventually turned the fire alarm off.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are old, but had everything we needed. The self serve breakfast was cereal and toast which was adequate. We had dinner at the pub and the food was fantastic! The service provided by the staff was brilliant.

When you book you are warned that there will be music below until midnight, so we did not expect silence. However (and this is probably our mistake) it was louder than expected and ran until about 12:45. Inlir minds(again. Probably our mistake) we thought it was going to be Irish music and at a medium volume) in fact it was a loud cover band and the bass and drums rendered ear plugs useless. In the end, we were warned and while it was louder than expected, we can’t really say much.

First of all, the staff were fantastic. We checked in at the pub and were warmly welcomed. Our decision to book above a little pub in an out of the way town near Dublin was a bit of an “adventure” and overall it was what we expected.

I wish there was hand wash in the bathroom. The sink was also blocked and took a few minutes to drain after each use but apart from that everything was perfect!

Great location and short distance to shops etc. Very clean and great value for money. Also loved how you could hear the live band playing from the room!

Bathroom felt pretty cramped. like all the room they had for the main room had been taken from the bathroom. Shower especially was very cramped. Could barely turn around to wash my back.

The Bed was fairly comfy. The room was pretty spacious, but I was travelling alone so it might be more cramped if you have two or more people staying.

It was perfect. I would describe it as basic accommodation , absolutely spotless, staff were lovely have been in back since and had lunch there it was fabulous. Defo look forward to a trip to the Auld triangle again. Thanks so much ❤️

Bit of a mix up with our room when we arrived but it was quickly sorted.Would have loved tea and coffee making facility in room.

The oven did not work but the stove did however, there was only a single frying pan to cook with. We made it work and it was still fabulous to not have to eat out every day 😊

We had a large room, bathroom, comfortable bed, kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Bonus was hearing the live music from the pub next door!

No private parking (metered parking on street) No breakfast offered if staying in rooms 8+ No tea / coffee facilities in room (especially as no breakfast was available) Check-in was haphazard (at bar) An info sheet at check in with wifi details, location and hours of local shops and cafes would have been really useful

Initially in room #4 there was noise from an outside extractor fan. On request and without hesitation the manager moved us to a quieter room. Excellent standard of service on his part.

The staff were well trained attentive and very helpful. The breakfast room was perfect and well stocked. The evening menu in the restaurant was excellent and great value.
