The rooms were very new clean and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Galway city. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The self check in and check out was such a cool and seamless experience too.

Easy to use modern accomodation, of decent quality

The TV setup is odd, appears to be some sort of pay TV subscription and was awkward to use. The wall USB outlets were troublesome and would not run/charge all devices. No option for meals, except to use the cafe that is downstairs/next door

Accommodation without on-site staff for check-in, which presented no problems and was easy to do. A modern room that was in good condition and well appointed, including the use of under-floor heating. The building had a lift which made handling luggage a breeze. Noise isolation was good, and both outside noises and other guests were hard to hear.

We couldn’t get in the front door, luckily the staff in the restaurant next door knew the code! Once we got through the front door we then had to use the machine to get out room key, a slow process!!

Clean and good location, very small room though

I didn't love that there wasn't a staff member available for issues. Although they were very helpful when contacted it would have been nice to have someone available for even a couple hours a day. Also our shower head was busted and wouldn't stay up. Last thing is I know generally speaking there isn't ac in Ireland, which is fine as long as the windows open an adequate amount. It also was very annoying how loud the street was in the evening and early morning. So it was either be hot or be woken up by people on the street or the trash truck at 5 am.

Overall great spot, reasonable price, clean, and comfy

Was quite dusty and marks in the shower. Didn't come with a floor mat in the bathroom. Parking was tricky - there is parking across the road for 20 Euro a day, but it was full. We parked on Market Street for 24 Euro. WiFi didn't work, but was sorted out quickly. The room is very warm, but there are 2 fans inside the room. Very pricey compared to other places in Ireland, but I guess that's the price of Galway.

Great location. Coffee machine, kettle & iron in the room. Self check in is easy.

Room was tiny, almost claustrophobic. Thermostat was locked also so no way to control room temperature apart from an opening window, a fan was provided which was noisy. Noise from street and nearby club carries very easily.

Have to get used to no reception, but that is a sign of things to come no doubt.

Location was excellent, so central and close to the main shopping street. Rooms were really nice, very clean and up to a high standard. Check in was so straight forward, even if it was automated. Liked the security onsite late at night, felt safe staying there.

The room was very hot and there was no access to change the thermostat settings. The shower head was broken. Bed was not comfortable unless you are someone who likes a very firm mattress. It was not very helpful that there were no staff on property for issues like these.

Very convenient location only a few minute Sal to the city centre and about 20mins to Salthill. Lots of cute restaurants and shops nearby. Easy check in process.
