We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe location is ideal for people who are travelling light as there is a bus stop outside. Not so good for someone with a big suitcase as it is a bit far from the bus terminal.
The room was quite big and the window could be opened to air it and it had shutters that kept out the noise from the main road outside. The manager was very available and attentive.

IrelandCurtains need to be cleaned. Plastic flowers didn't enhance the room aesthetics. The reception should know the exact situation regarding parking spots. My friend said that the reception staff told him there is a €2.50 overnight charge. In fact there is no charge by dominoes Pizza until 08.30 am in the morning and no charge outside the Railway Tavern until after 5.00 pm the next evening.. Breakfast was very basic but in fairness I hadn't hosteled in over 10 years so maybe it could have been better or maybe not?
Friendly staff and long term guests. Location was good. Outdoor space was nice. Nice old building put to good use. Bed frames were good and sturdy my mattress was VERY comfortable but the top bumk had a poor mattress.

BelgiumThe kitchen is equally used as a breakfast room which is less attractive next to the cozy lounge. Maybe have an inside built-in turn-off light switch from 23u in the dormitories so other guests are not disturbed at night.
I was here for 2 nights. I upgraded my stay to a single room which was very clean. The maintenance is on-going and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic and included. I am thankful for the extra help with my luggage. They really care about their guests.
